Dr. Kilgore has a naturopathic medical clinic in Nashua, New Hampshire and helps people with unexplainable  unresponsive complex conditions by integrating education and empowerment practices with cutting edge modern technologies. Her work today was largely inspired because of the clarity and confidence that came from her personal experience of sibling loss and losing her brother to cancer and cancer treatment.
