In this weeks episode we talk about your ego. It is not your friend, it is not your amigo. Your ego and what you think about yourself and your own athletic abilities mean nothing. Your ego means nothing to a coach, your parents opinion of you means nothing to a coach. They will formulate their own opinions of you. You need to go into this without an ego to settle in socially, compete more often and to gain the trust of your coaches and your teammates. A great episode for all prospective college athletes.
