I'm so happy to see you. We have day four day four of the five day open house kickoff for money talks for women, financial clinic. And we actually opened the doors yesterday, officially and many of you were here to celebrate with me. Hi, everyone. How many of you were here yesterday? I see. Patricia, thank you for being back. Mary Claire. Thank you so much. Gosh, yeah, Patricia was here. Yesterday, we opened the open house. I mean, we opened the financial clinic yesterday. Let's celebrate right. We're still in celebration time open house. And we're just about one week away from No, tomorrow begins the holiday season for Hanukkah. And then we're one week away from Christmas, and then another. We're actually two weeks away from the New Year. And a lot of other celebrations. In the meantime, I don't know Winter Solstice. And what is the name of that other? There's Boxing Day, and I don't know who there's so much going on. It's exciting. So I want to thank you, especially for being here live with me today because it means so much to me. And I know that you're back because you love this right? You love this. Oh my gosh. Don't be sorry. Nobody needs to be sorry, because we had a great time yesterday. But you're back here today, Rachel. Welcome back. I mean, this is just so exciting. Suzanne is here and Sarah. And so this is the heather, Amy, this is the big team. This is the solid core of the big team. And I want to welcome all of the all of you who are coming back, and perhaps you've missed a couple of days. I'm so excited to see you back. Lowest thank you for being here. And I want to also welcome anyone who's here for the very first time anybody here for the very first time that you haven't been here in the in the days before. Anybody here for the very first time. I know we've been getting a lot more registrations last evening, and we even had last evening more people enroll for the financial clinic, which starts actually, the financial clinic itself will be starting in the new year. And you know, what I'll do is going back over all of the details so that everybody has all of the information up front. But first first, I just wanted to welcome the people on the replay. We have had over 120 I believe it was 100 over 100 registered people for the open house. And many have been emailing me saying I just can't make it. There's too much going on. We've got parties going on. Getting ready for parties. Here it is Saturday at 4pm. Eastern 1pm. Pacific. And I know you all have lots to do tonight. And many of you are coming back to watch this on replay. So I want to welcome you all of the people on replay. And I want to do a special shout out for everyone who is here. Letting me know what was the number one thing so far in the last three days, day one, day two and day three of our open house that impacted you the most that was like an aha moment that maybe you hadn't thought of before or didn't know about before. Did anybody have a an aha moment? Barbara? Like how Okay, great the 123 ABC and how simple it was to read the value line page. Yes, indeed. Thank you so much, and what she's referring to everyone It is that on day two, I taught a very simple method on how to find a company to invest in that is the quality, quality, quality determination. And there's really some very, very quick, easy ways to weed out all of the other companies that you may want to invest in. But the ones that are the highest quality, so the quality companies are the one to invest in. And there's a way to just determine quickly, and I call it the ABC 123 method. And that's what Barbara was referring to. Thank you, Barbara. Yeah, and it really kind of gives you better confidence that it's possible to learn what other people have said is so complicated and so hard in the stock market, and this and that, but when you know, what, you know, the easy places, and when you can learn that it just makes everything faster and easier. And that's what I'm, I'm here to help people, all of my women friends, because as Patricia, thank you, Patricia says I am an ace money manager, you're owning it. That is awesome. So that must have been your aha moment that you decided or determined that you too could be and already are. So putting it on, I am an ace money manager, we're starting now we're starting today. And that doesn't mean that you might already or mean, it doesn't mean that you don't feel smart yet. But you will be a lot smarter later, by going on this journey inside the financial clinic, where and you can claim the fact that you already are an ace money manager. Why? Because we women are just born with value. Understanding we, we understand value. So you already are starting right where you are right now. You are an ace money manager. And I really want to commend you, Patricia for putting that on. And declaring that Sarah says the Value Line was an aha moment. Yeah. Value Line is a an amazing resource. And what Sarah is speaking about is, well, there are very, there's a lot of resources, and we'll be studying more of them. One is Morningstar. But Value Line research reports is one of the primary databases that is is used by investment professionals to do to learn more about companies. It's a huge library. It's a huge database that is available to you in your library. And it's amazing how much information is there. And it also has an online version, and you get to have a free 14 day trial of it by just going to value line.com. And I think that I emailed all of you this morning, the link to that so that you can get a free free 14 day trial offer and just kind of see the magic that's inside there. It'll blow your mind. Mary Claire said the Value Line report. Absolutely. That's right. Rachel, how to judge the quality of accompany right on that is an aha moment. And Suzanne said, being able to start with an outline and a plan no matter where you are. That is so important. And I want to emphasize the fact that we all are beginners and actually a beginner's mind is what we what I'm encouraging everybody to begin with. Even those of you who might feel like you're intermediate investors, or that you've had quite a bit of experience, and even myself as an advanced investor with you know, my my first career was 34 years as the professional investment manager. I managed professionally portfolios of high net worth individuals, small corporations, nonprofits. I've had a lot of experience with helping companies go public that's called an IPO or initial public offering and doing private placements and all kinds of things and yet, because every market is different, and here we are in the tube in the moon laying around the corner from 19 or 2020 to 2023. And the markets are shifting again, once again, I am putting on my beginner's mindset, so that I'm looking at everything newly. And of course, I have a great deal of knowledge base and principles that stand the test of time. But applying them newly is always what we have to do. So yes, thank you for saying that you can start right where you are. And in a way, we're all beginners. And at the same time, I'm encouraging you to know that it's okay, if you have never had any investment experience before, or if you feel a little bit lost around managing money. And it's okay. You know, many of us have gone into debt. You know, we have children who have gone to very expensive colleges, and we maybe we've had to go to debt just to pay for those college tuitions. I mean, it's mind boggling. Many of us have gone into debt, just you know, too. Well, for many reasons. Of course, a mortgage is a form of debt. And the mortgage is okay. But there are other forms of debt that we just don't, we don't want to have, and we want to get rid of the debt so that we can have investable capital to start to grow. And the knowledge and mindset around what to do, then, is all about where we're going to start. In, you know, in the financial clinic, because I know all of us have our own individual conditions, money conditions. And at the same time, we all have our money dreams, you know, our financial goals, and we can dream cast Can't we can dream cast about? What do we want to be 10? Where do we want to be 10 years from now, 20 years from now, 30 years from now? What do we want the quality of our lives to be? And What dreams do we have in our hearts that we want to fund and invest in, and make sure that we have plenty at the end of our lives to have the kind of life span that we really deserve? So let's see who else said some more? Yeah, Suzanne, also learning how to ride the wave. Thanks. Yeah, that's a big one. It's, I'm glad you said that, Suzanne, because wave theory will take a lot of the old programming the old mindset away, you know, because to understand that there's everything is natural, there's a wave, as it relates to the economy, there's a wave as it relates to the momentum of stock investing, there's there is that that which is congruent with the rest of nature, the seasonality of things, there's a time to buy and a time to sell. And that is really an awareness. So thank you for that Suzanne, there is an awareness factor there, that really helps us really deflect those old programming ideas that, hey, we're, we were not smart enough to learn the stock market, we don't have enough, we don't have enough money to, to invest in the stock market. So why should we learn about it. Because once you have the money to invest in the stock market, you can then make sure that you will have quality investments. And even while you're preparing for that, there are excellent money management skills to learn. And you'll and when you start learning this stuff, which is I'm so excited about opening the financial clinic for women, something that you know, not a lot of places that we can all go talk together about money and about our money conditions. That's the time when we can make progress that we can completely annihilate the old programmings that maybe we inherited from our parents, grandparents and so forth. And we can say, you know, that just doesn't apply to me anymore. It's time for me to learn a new way of being and once you stretch your mind to a new awareness, it never it never goes back. In other words, you You have that forever, this is the kind of knowledge base that will go away. This is for lifetime of learning. So I'm so excited. Thank you about that. Sarah, your your knowledge is so vast? Well, thank you, that's a nice compliment, I'll receive that. And you know, anybody who's been in the stock markets as long as I have, you know, when I look back, I can say that I had a professional 34 year career, but then after retiring, I mean, officially retiring from that profession, I still have been investing for, for my family's accounts, and for a few friends. And, you know, watching the markets as they have been evolving. That's another 12 years on top of that. So how many years is that? 55 years? Yeah, I kind of know a few things, I guess. And, you know, that's what woke me up. It's, it has been on the back burner of my dream to share this with other women for a long time. But I guess other things were a little bit more prominent. As many of you know, I, I was, I went into like a left field, career choice that I had never done before just to maybe explore myself. And that was big, I became a television producer. And I produced a pretty good show. It's called the world's greatest motivators, some of you have, were there and some in when I filmed that show, and and many of you have seen world's greatest motivators on national cable television. And now we are live streaming that all over the world, as well as on some of the social media outlets as well. So that kind of took me in a whole different direction. But now I feel as if I'm being called, as of this last summer, something knocked me on the head and turned my chin around and said, No, there's something here for you to do. And that something is to acknowledge the fact that I do have a wealth of information, I could take that information into the coffin with me, or I can share it. And if I don't share it, what's, you know, what good is that? So I hope I have a good 20 years left, I'm counting on somebody here yesterday said they were planning on living to be 120. And so that kind of opened my mind. Have I decided I wanted to be a living until 120? I haven't I have a mother who's 99 and three quarters. And she might hit that 100. Mark. So it's it's a challenge. And yet, you know that, that means that at the age of I'm 71, for everybody who wants to do the math. And I figured, well, if I've got a long longevity in my genes, that's another 30 years, at least, let's just say, let's just say if I am living to be 100. That's 30 years I still have on this planet that I can be sharing this information. That's actually as long as my first career was 34 years. So who knows what can happen? We can we can take this ride together? Girls, we can. We can we can start now. Who knows what we're going to invest in? And who knows how many millions we'll be able to create, or the next 30 years. What do you say? Are you in? Are you in? I know it I first of all, I want to say thank you. For those of you who jumped in yesterday and enrolled in the open house, we had an open house, we rolled out the doors we opened house yesterday. So we are open for enrollment. Thank you. It's going to be a powerful group, we're going to have a group of inaugural members, enrollees of the first class of the money talks for women, financial clinic, and so you're actually going to be helping me to craft and create the future of this because it'll, it'll really pivot on what it is that you all need, what you feel like you need, what you want. And because we're going to go after that, ladies, why go after anything, all this other stuff? Let's go after exactly what's going to serve you the best. And we're going to start with that. So you're, you're in a brand new experience and a great journey where we're going to make sure that you get the results that you want. So having said that, you're the Wild Bunch. Web, The Wild Bunch, group. All right. That's right. I like that. Because we will, we'll go get up on the first wave together and right, it will write it all the way in. Yes, indeedy. All right. So while you're thinking of any questions that you might want to consider asking me today, we've got we've got, you know, quite a, we have, you know, 40 more minutes or so. So you got plenty of time. In the while you're thinking of questions, why don't I just go back to share, and give you just a recap of the, what's in it for you, inside the clinic. Inside the clinic, I just have to find the right page. Hold on, please. Make sure that I can find the right page. Here it is. As I mentioned before, what you'll learn here will last a lifetime. And as I mentioned here, of course, you know that money is the number one source of stress for women that is that has absolutely been documented by scientific evidence, probably not just for women, but for everyone. And I really believe that the number one driver to take is to, you know, against that or to have to combat that is to take action to learn. Because that's what's going to drive us toward money confidence, and financial wellness, which is what this is all about. So I have three categories. The Beginners category, intermediate, advanced, and over here in the silver is called platinum. I'll get to that in just a second. But let's start with the beginners. And I'm just going to give you a refresh of what I went over yesterday just in case there are some of you who are still considering now in the beginners category, we are going to begin at the beginning. This is an introduction to the basics of money management and investing. We're going to start really with what is value creation over time. Because when we talk about money, there's a time element an element to it, we want to create value, it's going to be created over time, it takes time, for any asset to appreciate. And so we're going to learn about those metrics, the money metrics that have to do with money management, and several of the good practices for starting money management tools, we're going to be learning. And then we're going to be starting a very strategic planning and goal setting. Now I'm going to turn my share screen off, and I'm going to talk to just a second. Have you had any, has anybody ever worked with a professional financial planner before that sat down with you and you really mapped out and strategize your investments over a 20? You know, 1020 30 year timeframe? Has anybody ever done that, Sarah? Excellent. I'm, I'm not going to be that encompassing in this class, because really, that is a very, very deep exercise. But what I am going to do is give you the highlights of what it could feel like and really, there are ways to do it yourself. So this will be kind of the beginning course will be a DIY, do it yourself, I'm going to be teaching you something that you can do. Write in the beginners class, along with your classmates. And you'll be doing this privately, of course. But you'll start at the beginning, and you can use this every year. But we got to start right where we are with what we have. And that I'm going to give you some tools. And this is a whole new financial roadmap tool. And everybody's going to get this and on this side of the page, it's going to be where I am today, your asset profile where you are today. And then on the other side, there's a whole profile on getting clear on your personal goals, and then coming up with milestones to get you there. And then on the back, I'm going to help you create value first in your mind, because we know that the principles that if you understand your values first in your mind, everything happens twice, first in your mind, and then in reality. So in order to get clear on that, I have some tools on value creation. These are steps stairsteps of your value, what it is that you value in your life. And I'll be kind of guiding you through how to incorporate or how to become self aware of what what is it that you value, the most highest, what are your highest valued goals? When do you really want to accomplish over the next 1020 30 years, and how and how you can map that out. And that's what we're going to be doing in the beginning. You don't have to know anything about the stock market in order to do this practice. In the beginning, it's kind of like you start with me, you start with you. In other words, you're saying, I'm going to start with me, let's start with me. This is all about me and what I want. And that's what we're going to start inside the financial clinic. It's just like going to a medical clinic, where you come in to see a doctor or a professional, and you have some symptoms, you have a circumstance, you have something that you want to solve or resolve. And you'd begin there. And then you know, you might have some symptoms or pain or whatever. And believe me there, many of us ladies have money paints, we have symptoms that we're not happy with, with our money, I get it. So let's start there. And let's find a way to move from there into a little bit of money management practices, and getting ready to have investable capital ready for you to then know what to do with. We'll we'll be moving that course forward. But let me go back first to just give you a little bit more explanation of the structure. So I call this a three in one structure. So that means three weeks of live learning courses with me. And let's say for example, it's every Monday in the first month so first Monday, second Monday in three And third Monday of the month, we'll be gathering as the beginners group. And then on the fourth week, I will have a private one on one calibration consultation with you. So it's a three in one struck structure three in each one of these weeks I have planned to teach you but also to leave some adequate time for you to ask questions. So that we can have a round robin, a group of you know, some some laser coaching and talking about your particular circumstances. And so over that this is just a one one month period or a one month period. So over that one month, you're going to make some advances very quickly. It'll be over four hours of instruction, plus Question and Answers plus a private consultation, you're going to receive lots of hand or several handouts anyway. And replace, of course, so that you can have that forever. At the end of that one month. If you feel like you know, I love this and I want it more, and you feel like you're getting some good value and you want progress, I'm going to then invite you into moving on into the intermediate group. Now in the intermediate group, there may be some of you who are ready for that right away, we can determine that by simply just you and I will have a quick phone call in the next week, as soon as you sign up. And we will just determine which one of these levels that you belong in. You don't have to decide that today. The idea of enrollment is that you're just enrolling everybody enrolls and pays the same price. And then I get on the phone with you and we determine which one of these levels you want to begin. So if you if we decide that your best match is going to be as an intermediate level, that means that you've had some investing experience, then this is where you're going to go it's beyond the basics, we're going to start with decision making skills. As it relates to investing asset allocation. I'm going to start teaching you industry overview how the industry the different industry classes like technology or versus, let's say pharmaceuticals, I mean, there's so many different industry groups that you need to know about. And they all have their own waves, you know ins and outs, ups and downs cycles. So we'll get into a little wave theory and cycles of the industry groups, and each industry group gets stronger or weaker, as it relates to what where we are in the business cycle of things. I'll also start to introduce you to the introduction of charting, basic portfolio building, and then then future arising your wealth, which is a very, very special something I've got up my sleeve for you. For the intermediate gals. This is also a three in one structure. And I'm envisioning, let's say that the intermediate group would meet on Tuesdays, that's not written in stone yet, you know, we can kind of figure out how many of you are intermediates and be a little flexible. But still, it'll be three weeks on. And then the fourth week will be a private one on one calibration with me to determine how did you like that, that how, how can we continue to put this learning to practice in your particular situation. And then if you'd like to figure out if you're ready for the next one, let's go to the advanced. So number three, the advanced group. If any of you are an advanced investor already, that means that you've had, you know, several years of investment experience behind you and you're looking at, you might already be working with a skilled investment advisor. You want to know how to ask questions to that investment advisor, you may need somebody to help you understand the language that they might be talking about. And we will move into more advanced wealth creation concepts. That's going to include industry analysis, portfolio construction, more charting, balancing your portfolio and projecting future wealth creation. And once again, this will be a three in one structure where your class will be meeting on I'm envisioning, let's say Wednesdays, every Wednesday for the first second and third month, for third week of the month. And then in the fourth week we'll we'll have Have a private one on one calibration. And then those of you who are thinking about wanting to work with me privately, I'm calling that my Platinum level. This is an opportunity to work with me as a private consultant or a money, mentorship. What that looks like is, by personal appointment, I would be providing you with feedback, guidance and accountability on your own wealth creation plan. And there are several steps to that one could be as simple as just a portfolio review, you may want me to do a one time only portfolio review. Sometimes that only takes a couple of hours. Sometimes it's much more complex depends on how large your portfolio and how complex it is. There could be some of you who are interested in working with me on a fee basis over time on on special projects or as an ongoing mentorship consultation on a retainer basis. And that can be you know, completely dependent on how how you I could be looking over your shoulders, helping you making decisions and really having somebody in your corner to mentor you on your particular assets over time. So that one on one on one may not be what you're looking for right now. But I just want you to know that it's available. The I think that the emphasis here today really is on launching the financial clinic, which is the beginners, intermediate, and advanced group. And to find out the possibility of you taking a special journey with me, you may want to start at the beginning. You may qualify for intermediate or advanced. But either way, you can matriculate from one to the next to the next and over, let's say, quarter, if you love this, you want to go boom, boom, boom. After three months, you're going to be a whole different person in terms of your awareness and what you can apply to your life. And even if you want to take the beginning first and take a month off and come back and do the intermediate a month later, and take another month off and do the advanced after that. That's fine. So I'm going to have this available as a rolling program as we go through 2023. How does that sound? Is that good? So here's a here's a question. How many sessions comprise the class? Did I just answer that for you? Lois? Were you clear on that? Once again, each class is one month. Okay, so each class, beginning, intermediate or advanced, is a one month series and you get three live classes plus on the fourth week, a one on one comprehensive consultation with me to make sure that you are applying what you're learn learning and then a guidance. Really, really I'm going to be helping guiding you. What's your next step. The Are you ready for the next step? Where do you go from here? Now that's just one one month of pretty amazing course. Did I clarify that for you, Lois? That's called the three plus one structure. Three classes plus a one on one with me, and then I got some bonuses. For you which I'm going to thank you Lois for saying that. Amy said you're only out of college. Is that right? Amy? You're only out of college. Well good for you. What did you graduate? What from what college? Did you graduate? Let us all know. If you if you care to share, we will celebrate you. That's awesome. You know, young people are the most exciting to work with. Oh, no. Okay. Amy says no, that was in relation to your question about meeting with a money manager. Okay, got it. I just want to say when I was in teaching professionally investment courses We're adults at the Pacific School of Finance. So I taught these investment courses actually, for 15 years, while I was executive owner of an of a an investment advisory company, there's a lot. So I would teach at night, actually, it was like a night school of investment courses. And my partner and I, at the time he since passed away, we would do an experiment, we would go to our local college, and once or twice, we went to our local high school. And we taught them just the same thing that I taught you the other night, the ABC 123, on how to on how to quality gauge your companies. And these college and high school kids got so into it, they got so excited about it, that there were a couple of those kids who came to our office afterwards, and asked for internship, you know, asked for internship interns to internship jobs for the summer. And we actually hired a couple of them, because they got it like that it was just like popcorn. And I think it was so fun. Because, you know, when you make something easy, people get it. And also, you know, to make it meaningful to their lives. So young people can pick up on it really quickly. And you know, you can too, Amy says I'm a Tar Heel. But about 15 years out of college good for you. That's awesome. And Suzanne says that's the best time to learn these skills. Well, if any of you have daughters who are going through college or young mothers, this is good stuff for them too. So be thinking of inviting them and other people. So let me let me just go now, just to let you know how much enrollment would be. And as I mentioned yesterday, I have been, I've been advised by several other coaches that I that I asked because I was asking, you know, how should I? How should I price something like this? This I mean, this is a totally new, it has never been done before, at least in my knowledge. So how do I price something like this. And I've had more than one person say that I should begin pricing it at, like $2,000 $1,990 or something 990 97 was three people told me that is what you should price it at. And I don't want to do that. You know that that is what the coaching industry does. And I want to make this much more highly available to more women. And so I've priced it at $479. And what you get really is you really personalize it to your conditions your particular money condition. Me and I have some bonuses for you. For those of you who sign of you who sign up in this five day Sunday tomorrow, anybody get a bonus. And what that bonus is, is is that create a year end. Year end the last few years, I'm going to have a special class. And I'm thinking of putting that on a Tuesday, the Tuesday after Christmas. I was thinking either Tuesday or Thursday. But more people have been telling me do it on Tuesday because then they'll have the rest of the week to implement some of the things I'm going to be teaching you. So what I'm going to be teaching on the on the last week of the year are some money management principles. One is called harvesting your losses that will help you offset taxes at the end of the year. So it's really the at the end of the year. You have to do quite a bit of year end tax planning you take a look back in the rearview mirror of what the year has been like for you financially. What tax implications you have coming down those of you who are in a retirement mode right now. There are some of you who have a mandatory retirement withdrawal that you have to have made by the end of the year. And I always get a hundreds of questions, not hundreds, but several questions on what's the best way to take that distribution. And so we can cover that for those of you who might be in that category. And then there's also money management strategies and principles to get ready for the new year. So I'm actually going to teach an extra class at the end of this year to get you ready to jump into the New Year financially. And we'll also kind of do a little clearing of the old energy of 2022, which we want to, you know, get rid of it's been a tough, it's been a tough year for us. It's been, at least in the markets, Mark, I think the markets right now, it has been worse. But right now this in a way this Dow Jones Industrial Average and the s&p 500 is down about 15% from the top. A year ago, January, we were we were all feeling pretty wealthy. That has that has really, we've had some cold water splashed on our face. This year has been a bit tough. We've had the interest rates, fast rising from almost zero or even negative interest rates up to where they are now. And rising. It looks like forward. And we're going to talk about value. Did I just see you say that Suzanne? Talk about value. That's exactly what I was going to talk about. Next. Suzanne, I think you're a mind reader. Wait till you Suzanne, just one yesterday, she won a crystal ball, we were giving away crystal balls yesterday. And Suzanne, one of one of them. Because she's I think she's she's more than clairvoyant. She's a mind reader. So I was going to talk about value. Yay. But first, let me just open the let me open the field. Thanks. Do you remember that slide that I put up there that when when I said every women already already have almost an innate knowledge of value already, you know, you know what a nice gold necklace is just about, you know what that's going to cost or what it should be in the marketplace, what it should be going through, you know what a good really good coat is going to, you know the value of things. If you've been a consumer all your life and you already Intuit value, you know the value of a four year education, you know, the value of raising your children in certain mindsets that will help them throughout their life. As a mother, those of you who have children, you know the value of, you know, being a good parent to help them along the way and to help steward them to higher to their highest potential. And you also know the value of your own dreams. Right ladies, you know the value of your own dreams. And what I mean by that is that intuitively line within each one One of your dreams is value that wants to be expressed into the world. Now that value might have some amazing impact that you have dreamt up, that's important to you. And that that's who you're becoming the value of who you're going to become, as your future self is in immeasurable. You can't even put a price tag monetarily on that it is who you are becoming every one of those dreams has something that how a measurement that you can value over time, due to the amount of impact that you're going to be creating for the world. My goodness, there's just there's a philosophy of the value creation that we women have in in terms of potential, how we can create value in this world. And I think I was speaking to that the other day, when I reminded you that I think it was the Dalai Lama back in 2015, or 2015, I think, when he could have been 2016, when he declared that the western woman will be the savior of the whole world, the western woman, that's a lot of value creation that we have potentially in, in inside us to save the whole world. I mean, can you even imagine what that could be like? But let's just come back to ourselves, sent ourselves for a minute and say, what if we, me, myself, and I, if I just bring my own dreams to fruition, and bring the impact that I know that I have to the world? What value will that create. And I do believe that inside every woman is a tremendous impact. Because we all have the capacity to be the very best that we that we can be. And we were all born into this planet at this particular time, for a reason and for a season. So it's important for us to understand the value that we bring the value that we bring. And then over time, we can learn how to create value by purchasing by utilizing our money to buy assets that create value over time because they grow in value. So there's two ways of looking at value is the intrinsic value and the extrinsic value, the intrinsic value of of how you appreciate something over time, and then the extrinsic value of how an asset appreciates overtime.
