the internet, so I know the the times before that where you like held on to the end of the of the intent on the TV, and if you held your mouth the right way, maybe the ball game wouldn't stop being truth is gonna set you free. 00:04:31.360 --> 00:04:45.120 As we're going in our spiritual journey, as we're following Jesus and growing spiritually, it's so important for us not just to believe, but also to know why we believe what we believe. 00:04:46.000 --> 00:04:55.439 It's important for us to know the teachings of Jesus because when we get to know the teachings of Jesus, that and then turns we hide God's word in our heart, it's not that we're trying to empty ourselves or uh or or some kind of force that we're going after, but instead that we would be filled with the power of God. earthquake that happened, but the Lord's voice was not in the earthquake, but the Lord's voice was in a whisper. 00:06:56.879 --> 00:07:00.560 A still small voice that he heard. 00:07:00.959 --> distractions that to think about hearing a whisper from God, I feel like I could easily miss it, and maybe you too. 00:07:22.079 --> 00:07:30.319 Part of meditating, meditating on the word of God, which literally means to meditate on the word of God means read it, reread it, memorize it. 00:07:31.600 --> 00:07:42.879 To meditate on the word of God is you eliminating distractions for you to read, reread a verse or collection of verses together. 00:07:43.120 --> 00:07:44.560 Why are you doing this? 00:07:47.040 --> 00:07:53.920 Well, because Jesus told us as we listen for his voice, that
