Group of Nations Show: Solutions Through Inclusivity: G7-G20-APEC-COP
For over two decades, the Group of Nations (aka CAT Company Inc.) has built an unparalleled reputation for producing and distributing publications and events that bridge the gap between government policy and the global business community. We started in 1997 with our first official print edition to memorialize the agenda of the G8 Summit in Denver, United States. Since then, our portfolio has evolved to include exclusive as well as official publications for the G20, B20, G20 YEA, and APEC summits. Our new brand and website launch in 2020, the Group of Nations (GON) has transformed into a multi-disciplinary platform for collaboration between the private sector/industry and policymakers. We invite you to become a thought partner, co-creator, and collaborator in this journey with us. We are excited to start out the Group of Nations Podcast show.

How Global Business Leaders Are Actively Shaping Our Future for Inclusive Growth
B20 Brazil Summit 2024: Driving Business Leadership for Global Progress
In 2024, Brazil took center stage as the host of the B20 Summit, the official business engagement group of the G20. Convening in Rio de Janeiro alongside the G20 Summit, the B20 Brazil Summit brought together business leaders, policymakers, and innovators from around the globe to address some of the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing the international business community.
Championing Sustainable Growth and Inclusion
Under Brazil’s presidency, the B20 focused on advancing sustainable economic growth, fostering social inclusion, and promoting responsible business practices. The summit highlighted the critical role of the private sector in driving innovation, investing in green technologies, and supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy. Key topics included climate action, digital transformation, infrastructure investment, and empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Collaboration for Global Impact
The B20 Brazil Summit emphasized collaboration between business, government, and civil society to deliver meaningful solutions. Special attention was given to addressing inequality, supporting Indigenous peoples, and ensuring that economic progress benefits all segments of society. The event also featured high-level dialogues on global trade, supply chain resilience, and the importance of transparent, inclusive governance.
A Platform for Action and Influence
As an official partner of the G20 process, the B20 Brazil Summit produced policy recommendations and action plans to inform G20 leaders’ decisions. The summit’s outcomes reflect the collective voice of the global business community, advocating for policies that support sustainable development, innovation, and shared prosperity.
Looking Ahead
The B20 Brazil Summit 2024 reaffirmed the vital role of business in shaping a more resilient, equitable, and sustainable future. As the world navigates complex global challenges, the insights and commitments forged in Rio will continue to influence international policy and drive progress long after the summit concludes.
