Hate is built. It’s shaped by fear, hurt, and the stories we’ve been told about what's right and what's not. And like anything constructed, it can be dismantled.

• Hate isn’t a basic emotion rather, it’s a layered reaction built from fear, anger, and powerlessness
• Tribalism and the “us vs. them” mindset make hatred feel justified, even sometimes natural
• Dehumanisation strips away empathy, paving the way for cruelty
• Chronic hate keeps the nervous system in fight-or-flight, draining peace and health
• Most personal hatred is rooted in betrayal, humiliation, or feeling powerless
• Hate can feel like control, but it keeps us tied to what hurt us
• Letting go doesn’t mean approval, instead it means choosing freedom over emotional captivity
• You can’t hate and be at peace at the same time
