#60: Paying Off $40K of Debt AND Saving $26K w/ Katie Pijanowski

In this episode, we welcome back my friend and beloved client Katie Pijanowski!

Katie goes into detail about her journey of overcoming debt and changing her mindset around money. 

Katie shares how she accumulated $68,000 of consumer debt and the challenges she faced in her relationship with money. With coaching and healing her relationship with money, Katie was able to stick with strategies such as the snowball method and zero-interest balance transfers to pay off her debt. 

Katie also shares about her experience with a common pitfall that I see with everyone who is on a debt payoff journey and how she navigated her way around it.

Katie also shares about her seemingly counterintuitive decision to hire a money coach while paying off debt, and how money healing had many benefits to accelerate her journey and start earning (and keeping) more money. 

Towards the end, Katie and I debunk the stigma around debt and credit cards, and talk about healing debt shame.
