From Founder to Leader: What it really takes to scale
From Founder to Leader: What it really takes to scale
Scaling a business isn’t just about better tactics, smarter systems, or working harder.
At a certain point, growth is limited by one thing: the founder’s leadership capacity.
This podcast is for founders who are building real businesses and are starting to feel the gap between being a great founder and becoming the leader their company now needs.
I’ve been a founder.
I’ve been a leader.
And I’ve seen both sides of the transition.
With over 15 years in marketing, 8 of those years as a founder, a member of the board for a corporate brand, formal sales training, and NLP qualifications, I bring together practical business experience with deep insight into how leaders actually think, decide, and lead under pressure.
In the corporate world, leaders are developed, coached, and trained.
Founders, on the other hand, are taught tactics funnels, ads, systems but are rarely taught leadership.
This podcast exists to close that gap.
Each episode explores the real inner and outer shifts required to scale from decision-making and communication to identity, influence, and responsibility so founders don’t just grow companies, they grow into leaders.
My mission is simple: to help 1,000+ founders make the transition from founder to leader, and scale without losing themselves, their teams, or their vision.
If your business is growing and you know you need to grow with it you’re in the right place.
