What does it take to become a leadership expert?

What do you have to do to MASTER the art of leading?

The first thing it takes.....

Is to STOP getting into the comparison game!!

One of the biggest things I see holding leaders back, is comparing where they are with the other "leaders" out there.

Thinking they need to be like them in order to be an expert.

That's total BS, and it's not true.

You can be a leadership expert in an entirely different way.

And comparison will only rob you of that opportunity.

So let's not go there!!

Instead, lets start by asking... what even MAKES someone an expert?  

Because once you understand that, you can reverse engineer the process to become an expert at anything you want, as long as you follow the steps in today's video.
