If you really want to help your clients get results, which will in turn dramatically grow your business, you need to know the difference between coaching and mentoring.

Because there are times when you need to coach because it would make a huge impact for your clients...

And times when you need to mentor.

And when you get the timing wrong, you'll know because your clients won't be getting the results you both want, and sometimes this can lead YOU to being frustrated which is not how we want to feel about our clients or our programs.

So what is the difference between Coaching vs Mentoring?

Mentoring is using your personal experiences to help someone else.

That usually looks like us giving them a roadmap or set of actions to help them solve a problem.

This is great if they are action takers, but most people aren't going to fall into that category.

Most of the times it isn't more knowledge that they need, they could just do a Google search... it's that they need to take more action.

How do you get them to take action then?

Coaching.

Coaching, is the art of using QUESTIONS to help people uncover what is really holding them back from acting.

When you can help coach someone to take more action, they start getting more results, and nothing sells better than more results.

So how do you make sure you get the timing right, and how do you get started coaching if you have no idea how to do that?

Well, if you're ready to help your clients create even more results in their lives stay tuned... Because that's what this episode is about to teach you.
