Lisa

Most projects follow some kind of planning, monitoring and evaluation (PM&E) process – sometimes more, sometimes less technical. In this episode I will talk with Bjoern Eser about his blog and podcast ‚The Active Amputee‘ and about the similarities between his planning process and traditional PM&E approaches. And the link to From 0 2 100? Several! 1. PM&E happens in many moments, and it supports us to get from 0 2 100. 2. Strategies are important, can be changed, but should not be a flag in the wind. 3. The context always matters. 4. Get out of your comfort zone and become more aware about realities of other people! And all this in 20 minutes. You think this is not possible? Well, you will see 😊! Enjoy listening to the new episode and - as usual at the end - enjoy the possibility to apply the input in your reality. And if you would like to know more about The Active Amputee, please click.

Piano music: W.A.Mozart, Sonata, C-Dur, Allegro, interpreted by Lisa Picott.
