Welcome to the wrong too strong, two minute devotional each week. We're blessed to have a new guest share a powerful scripture and a word of encouragement to ignite your spirit and fuel your journey of faith. Let these messages inspire and strengthen you as you grow closer to God and embrace the transformation he has for you. Stay strong, keep the faith and let's grow together. We're on a mission from God from darkness to light. And from Wrong To Strong. Hello, my name is Dionne Garcia and I am doing wrong. Two Strong's, two minute devotion. We are going to be reading out of Genesis 22 where Abraham's faith is being tested when God speaks to him and tells him to take his son, his only son, and to sacrifice him. How many of us have been tested? I can't even think of what I would do if my faith were to be tested in that way with any of my children. But what I do know is that this particular story is very, very deep. It speaks on how Abraham's faith was so strong in the Lord that he went as far as going to sacrifice his son. And just at that moment when he was about to slaughter him, God provided a ram. Now. The way that this story takes a turn is that God puts that ram in a thicket. I had really not known yet what that meant when I read it, but one particular authoritative figure while I was incarcerated had brought that to me and basically I was putting my faith in her to release me to sign my papers so that I would be free. And at that point she told me, if you are a woman of God, Garcia, there's always a ram in the bush, and God will provide. I still had not known what that meant until I started to get deeper into the word and do research particularly on this and what it meant. And so what I learned was no matter what it is, we should always put our faith in God, not in man, not in anyone, but to know that he will always provide that ram. So if you ever find yourself in a particular situation or circumstances that you find no way out, look up, and God will provide that ram. my name is Dionne Garcia and I am wrong. Two Strong's
