Hey, everyone. This is Ann Calvillo from Wrong to Strong Ministries, and I just wanted to encourage all the mothers for Mother's Day. Happy Mother's Day. We get to be with our children, our loved ones, and I just wanted to share this word that's been really on my heart about spiritual blessings and who we are in Christ. It's so important, as moms, we know who we are. We can get lost in our identity as moms, and God wants us to know that we are his beloved daughters. So I just wanna read these verses to you. I pray that they minister to your heart a- as they do mine. So here in Ephesians 1, we'll go to verse 3, and it says, All praise to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes." I just wanna stop right there. God has given us every blessing that we need, every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms, because we are united with Christ. That really ministers to me as a mom, because a lot of times I try to find, you know, what else do I need to do? And, you know, it's, it's a lot of trying. It's a lot of, having to do more. And right here, what this is telling me is that God's given me what I need, right? And so in him, right, I don't have to look for it anywhere else. I don't have to perform for it. I don't have to strive for it. everything that I need is found in him, right? And then it goes on to talk about him choosing us. He chose me. He chose you. To be the mother of the children that He's, appointed you to. He's chosen you, to be in the family that you have, to be the woman of influence that you are, to minister to those around you, to be a light wherever you go, and then he says, God decided in advance to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ. This is what He wanted to do, and it gave Him great pleasure." How beautiful is that, that this is an invitation that God invites us into His family, as His daughters, to be lights in this world, to make a difference, to make an impact, to be women of influence. And then he says, So we praise God for the glorious grace He has poured out on us who belong to His dear Son." Then he says, He is so rich in kindness and grace that He purchased our freedom with the blood of His Son and forgave our sins." Ladies, we need to know that God has freed us, and we can walk in that freedom unashamed with, with our heads lifted to Him because of who He's called us to be in this world. We are His beloved daughters. I am so encouraged by a lot of you women. I know that as women we can wear so many hats, but God is our strength and He is our portion. And it ends off this way. He has showered His kindness on us along with all wisdom and understanding." God has given us wisdom for this season. God has given us wisdom to raise our children in His ways. God has given us understanding. when we miss the mark, He's given us grace. God is with us. He's our very present help in time of trouble. He's calling His daughters. He's inviting His daughters into a place of safety and rest in Him, knowing that He's got us, and He will always continue to lead us and strengthen us as we endure the tests and trials as moms, but also as daughters of God, right? And so I just wanna encourage you, to remain hopeful, to know that God sees you and He loves you. for those moms that are Spanish speakers, I wanna say <|diarize|> "Feliz Dia de las Madres." You are loved. God bless you all. I pray God's blessing and favor over you all on this Mother's Day. My name is Ann Calvillo, and through Jesus Christ, I've gone from darkness to light and from wrong to strong.
