It will become the most competitive league when the league adopts a "combine" to coach in the NFL--Jerry Rice's kid is not playing in the NFL- but Bill Belichick's son is in the NFL - Nathaniel Hackett Kyle Shanahan Steve Belichick all have "family" ties and Brian Flores with 25 wins with Miami Dolphins can get bypassed by the NY Giants(never have a black HC) or a Lovie Smith/ Tony Dungy can have a combined 27-5 win/ loss record and owners will not 'copycat" that winning formula- Sean Mcvey's of the LA Rams paper boy can get a job in the NFL because success is "blueprinted" unless your skin is black

The New York Giants bypassed Brian Flores with excellent record coaching the Miami Dolphins. New England Patriots mastermind Bill Belichick gave the approval or blessing or nod that Brian Daboll with no Head Coaching experience was a BETTER choice than a coach with 25 wins under their belt. The New York Jets --deemed that Adam Gase coming off getting fired from the Miami Dolphins was a BETTER candidate than Eric Bienemy- 2nd time around for many coaches they get better---in no world would any owner take a black OC over a proven Head Coach--as Bill Belichick's text offering congratulations to the WRONG Brian--the Rooney Rule was toothless as now BB refuses to name a OC to avoid the Rooney Rule--the NFL needs a coaches "combine" to get the best ---Kyle Shanahan Steve Belichick Pat Shurmur Hackett --Family Ties
