Today I've got a treat for you, I'm practicing Hiply with my brother Robert who runs a surf company in Hawaii. We get an update on his youtube channel, which is going well and he's feeling a lot less tarry about this.

We talk about the Hiply Superpower of owning something, taking ownership of your side of the story can really help de escalate. Robert is great at noticing what is happening and willing to put in the effort to make some shifts.
