John Armstrong was in the Calder Valley before the hippies turned up. he performed at Deeply Vale and Rivington Festivals, was a founder member of the Owter Zeds and has produced an Album reflected his world travels. John likes nothing better than meeting new musicians in new places and collaborating with them. He has also written several books about his travels in Asia and taking a fresh look at the Calder valley as a 'tourist' during the pandemic
