Hey, love and welcome back. I am so glad you are here. If you are new, I am Shannon and this space is all about manifesting from the inside out. No forcing, no pretending, no skipping the deep stuff, just real conversations to help you live the life that your soul already knows is yours. And because we don't skip the deep stuff, today we're going to jump into the stuff that usually gets glossed over, because it's where the real work of manifesting lives, and sometimes it is messy, it can take time and I know it's popular to act like manifesting is a quick fix.
Speaker 1:But once you understand the process on a deeper level, it makes going through the work make sense to you. So that way it isn't as frustrating and it also makes sure that it fucking sticks at the end. You know how they say abs are made in the kitchen. Yeah, because you can't just do the crunches in a manifestation, you can't just do the affirmations or the visualization or even your favorite meditation. That stuff adds to the result, but it isn't the whole picture, because your subconscious mind is running the damn show. Let's just break it down, because 95% of what you think, feel and do every single day is run by subconscious programs. That means that only 5% of your life is created by your conscious choices 5% and here's what most people get wrong. Yeah, the subconscious is mostly shaped in your early years, birth through age seven, but our brains are basically wide open sponges soaking up every belief and story around us. So it doesn't just stop developing after childhood. Oh no, the subconscious keeps taking in new programming through repetition, emotional intensity and what you choose to embody. So if you've been trying to manifest, trying to affirm your way into no reality, but you keep finding yourself in the same loop, it's not because you suck at manifesting. It's because your subconscious hasn't been given a new program, a new script to run on. And that's what we're going to talk about today is how to create a transformation mindset that allows you to actually rewire those subconscious programs so you can stop looping the same old patterns and finally step into the life that you want.
Speaker 1:I want you to think of your subconscious like the operating system on your phone. Most of what it's running on is background processes that you don't even think about. Those are beliefs about money, love, health, your own worthiness, and some of those programs were downloaded when you were little. Like money doesn't grow on trees, don't get too big for your britches. You have to work twice as hard just to get by. And then life keeps adding updates. A breakup in your teens downloaded. A toxic boss in your 20s downloaded. Watching your parents stress about bills or fight about teens downloaded. A toxic boss in your 20s downloaded. Watching your parents stress about bills or fight about love downloaded.
Speaker 1:The subconscious is always learning and unless you step in with intention, it just keeps reinforcing the same programs that you've been running for years. And here's the thing which is a hard pill to swallow, but it's just how we were made, and that's that your subconscious really does not care about your success. Its number one job is to keep you safe, and when I say safe, I mean familiar. Keep you in what is familiar. If struggle feels familiar, that's what your subconscious is going to cling to. If chaos feels familiar, your subconscious is going to continually recreate it. That's why it can feel like you're working so hard consciously, but sabotaging yourself at the exact same time.
Speaker 1:This is where so much of the manifestation world gets it twisted, because you've been told to just think positive, just say the affirmation, just visualize. Just think positive, just say the affirmation, just visualize. But y'all. That's just that little 5%. Because if your subconscious is screaming the opposite, your nervous system is going to call bullshit every single time. So you say I'm wealthy, and then your subconscious whispers no, no, you're not. Go check your bank account. You say I'm loved and your subconscious says remember when they left you. You say I'm worthy and your subconscious says who do you think you are? That's why affirmations without embodiment don't stick. They bounce right off the old programming.
Speaker 1:A transformation mindset is about doing the work at the root. It's identifying the old belief, shifting it and embodying the new one so that your subconscious can actually recognize it as truth. So here's the framework that I teach inside of Manifest she you cannot rewire what you can't name. So the first step is clarity, and clarity means you get specific about both your desire and the belief that's blocking it. Not I want more money, but I want 10k months with ease. Not I want love, but I want a relationship where I feel seen, safe and adored. Once the desire is clear, we dig into the belief underneath. Maybe it's I don't deserve that, maybe it's it always falls apart. Whatever it is, clarity will bring it into the light and that's where the magic meets.
Speaker 1:Science comes in, because rewiring isn't just repeating new words. It's using tools like visualization, nervous system regulation and reframing to teach your brain and your body a new response. So, for example, if you pair an affirmation with movement or music, so your body feels it, you're solidifying that new neural pathway. Or maybe meditating on a new belief while conjuring the emotional state of already living it. Perhaps it could be practicing micro actions that align with the new program, so your subconscious gets proof that it's safe. Here's a really good example of stretching your subconscious to prove that it's safe, and that's why I really don't like to say jump timelines. I like to say we bridge our timelines when we're creating them.
Speaker 1:I want you to think about when you first started learning how to ride a bike. You had training wheels right and they kept you steady, like riding a bike was new in and of itself, so you had to feel safe on the bike with the training wheels. Then perhaps your parents took off one of the training wheels but left another one on, so you can start to work on your balance and teach yourself once again okay, this is safe, I can do this. Then they took off the last training wheel, but they still held on to the seat for you a little bit, right, and then eventually let you go. That's how you bridge it With micro actions through each step that says it's safe. You still get the desire, riding the bike all over the place and maybe you even pop a wheelie eventually. Right, but you don't start there. You have to guide your way there so that you know it's safe, so you don't shut down and freak out.
Speaker 1:I think that's where so many people who teach manifesting miss the mark. And that's really what I want to help you with the mark. And that's really what I want to help you with, because they say to just say it, and then all you hear is okay, what if I just say it? That's great. That's what's really been floating around in this space. The easy part, the go, do 50 crunches a day, but then you forget. It also means that you get the abs in the kitchen, right. You get the abs in the kitchen, right. You get your abs in the kitchen, that saying, because your subconscious, when it comes to manifesting, needs to experience it. So not just saying it, but also experiencing it.
Speaker 1:And this is the act as if part, and it's not pretending, it's becoming, because embodiment means living today as though the new belief is already your default. If the belief is that you're abundant, then embodiment looks like checking in hourly. Am I making choices from abundance or fear? It looks at taking actions that your abundant self would take, even if they're small and for me I recommend small, like the riding your bike, because small lets you catch your nervous system up to what you're reprogramming in your subconscious, so it does start to feel familiar. The fun part about all this and about our brains is that our subconscious doesn't know the difference between imagination and reality. So when you live as though it's already true, your brain starts to rewire to match that. But to do that, to make those connections, you have to embody not just the thought, not just saying it. You do need the thought, but you also need the emotion and you also need the action. That's how we rewire.
Speaker 1:I know it can seem overwhelming and sometimes when we go to look for that clarity, we overthink it or we're not sure or we may be confused. Or is this really the resistance? Maybe it's the resistance. Speaker 1:Yes, it takes time, but it took me way longer. I do one-on-one coaching and I always feel shitty about the price tag, to be honest. But I also know my time is valuable, like people who are giving you one-to-one time with their knowledge. That is valuable. So no hate to the price. But I also remember what it was like to live below paycheck to paycheck and know that there were resources out there that could help me get where I needed to go faster, but I didn't have the money for it. I wasn't there yet.
Speaker 1:We all start somewhere and so I wanted to create coaching to give you the transformation mindset, without the price tag, once again, without the scheduling conflict, because one person that I work with one-to-one we mostly text Y'all, she is busy with work and she has little kids and life Like. She does not have the flexibility to be on a call with me at a certain time every week. Okay, I can create journals, I can create the questions, but I know what it's like to get stuck on the question or not sure and needing to have a conversation to flesh it out. So you can get that I'll put it in the show notes and that can help you with the first two things that we talked about in this show, which was the clarity part and finding where that resistance is and then coming up with an affirmation that's unique to your needs Because once again, you're not Susie, so your resistance is going to be different and that affirmation because affirmations do work when we use them properly. The affirmation should be there to reprogram the resistance. So you got to know the precise resistance you're having and then develop the affirmation to reprogram that. You can embody it, you can live it day to day, you can practice it with your micro actions, you can think it, you can feel it and you can walk in that affirmation. So get that.

Remember, the process is clarity, it's rewiring, it's embodying. Those are the three steps. You don't have to do them perfectly. Rewiring, it's embodying. Those are the three steps.
