Welcome to Season 4, Episode 12 - PART 2

We're back for part two!

Part Two follows the fallout of the missing $40 million from the Franklin Community Federal Credit Union and the investigation into Lawrence E. King Jr. as allegations of abuse and exploitation, involving vulnerable youth, begin to surface. While these claims were documented in testimony and hearings, they were never proven in court and remain heavily disputed.

As investigator Gary Caradori gathered key witness accounts, his sudden death in a plane crash (and the disappearance of critical evidence) only deepened the mystery. Ultimately, grand juries dismissed the allegations as a hoax, leaving behind a case defined by unanswered questions, conflicting narratives, and lasting controversy.

The poison for this episode is the Vixen.

  • 1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
  • 1 ounce Lustau Fino Jarana sherry
  • 3/4 ounce Champagne corn cob syrup*
  • Garnish: lemon twist

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice and stir thoroughly until well-chilled, finishing the drink with a fresh lemon twist garnish.

Enjoy!
