Uplifting Fellow Veterans with Combat Medic Veteran Bre Gaudit
David welcomes Bre Gaudit, a Bronx native with a lineage of military heroes, to delve into his unique story, experiences, and unwavering commitment.
Bre, a Combat Medic during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), braved the scorching heat of Iraq and the profound emotional and physical challenges it brought. For him, wearing the uniform was never about seeking validation; it was a solemn promise to uphold deeply-rooted values. Now in Chicago, Bre continues his mission, channeling his resilience into uplifting fellow veterans through volunteerism and community engagement.
We’re on a mission to connect veterans with under-resourced communities. Our programs deploy veteran volunteers to work alongside nonprofit partners and community leaders to improve educational resources, tackle food insecurity, foster neighborhood identity, and more. The Mission Continues’ vision is for all veterans with a desire to continue their service to be part of a movement to transform communities.
