Chairman of Derry game and conservation club in co. kildare. I grew up in the heart of kildare surrounded by bog and countryside, I began hunting relatively late in life in my early 20's and quickly came to love it, I've two dogs a springer and a pointer. My aim is to show my kids and the next generation a sustainable healthy lifestyle through hunting. I've a passion for cooking and I hope to share my knowledge of cooking wild game along the way while hopefully learning myself along the way.
