Speaker 1:

Welcome to another set of activations from the Consortium of Ease project. These meditations have been carefully chosen for you with guidance from Spirit. Each activation is shared in a specific sequence allowing time for integration between sessions. Before beginning, take a moment to honor your inner guidance and connect with your true self. Inner guidance and connect with your true self. To prepare, it is best practice to do some light body movements, followed by chakra balancing and opening. Utilize the guidance recordings for both preparations. Take these steps and you will fully embrace the activation experience. It will also help you to embody the messages on a much deeper level. When the time is right, we will support you in bringing your expanded awareness into harmony with your conscious awareness.

Speaker 2:

Now I invite you to take a few deep breaths, open your heart and enjoy the process. In Qigong there's a basic position called Wuji. I'll ask you to do that from time to time. Relax, drop your shoulders and your knees slightly and breathe. The first exercise is we bounce into our heels, shake our arms and hands, just relax, get loose and breathe. And back to Uchi. Next exercise is a head roll. You want to drop your head to your chest, gently, roll to the left, back To the right, feel that stretch in your beautiful stretch in your neck, down to the chest, again to the left, bow to the right. The next exercise is called Mind-Body-Spirit. Form a triangle with your fingers and your fingers spread apart. Start rotating a big circle with that thought. Next exercise is called Heaven. You can crouch down, start to your right with your hands apart from each other and twist at the waist, turning slowly to your left. Next exercise is washing away and releasing. You want to twist to the left, bend down, reach up this beautiful white light and wash away Anything that you feel does not serve. Leave the body Stand front, turn to your right, reach down, envision or actually see this beautiful white light coming over and washing away all your troubles. Again, bend down and wash away. Stand there for a second and just feel lighter. Feel that you've released whatever you need to, and gently back to Ruchi and gently back to Uchi. Now we'll just simply pull down some energy, reach way up on the inhale and slowly bring down that beautiful energy to you. Exhale as you're pulling down and when you go to your lower dantian, turn your hands into your body and give yourself that energy. Feel it, relax. Come back to the ocean, do a motion, hold something, reach up, bend down, get those wings up on the inhale, then down on the exhale and feel like you're flying. Feel the freedom. This is great to keep the spine more flexible. Inhale down, gentle motion, good job Good. And get powerful. And back to your G.

Speaker 2:

Next exercise is moving the body like a river. You're going to bend down, place your hands on your thighs, just above your knees, push your weight from one side to the other, back and forth, moving your head. Take that sacred space we just enjoyed in Qigong and we're going to go into balancing and lighting up all the chakras.

Now let's all envision our beautiful white platinum work of a star, their third eye center. See it, feel it or just know it's there.
