When we're talking about these miracles, we're not just listing off a show off of, oh, look what God can do. But there's people, real people, who were suffering that I need a savior. I'm in pain. I'm hurting. I cannot function. And God in his compassion says, I love you enough that I'm going to reach down and rescue you.
SPEAKER_00Welcome. Come on in. Come on in. On this Palm Sunday, we delve deep into the scriptures as we explore the entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem. Join us as we reflect on the significance of this momentous event and the powerful message of hope and redemption it brings to our lives today. Get ready to be inspired and uplifted as we dive into because the Lord hath need of it.
SPEAKER_02Amen. Dear Lord God, we love you. We thank you, Lord God. We um join in our prayers with the prayers that just have occurred in all of our hearts that, Lord God, indeed we do forgive everybody. You have forgiven us, Lord God, and we forgive every single person, place, thing ourselves that has caused any harm to us, Lord God. Lord God. We want nothing hindering our hearts. You've been too good to us, God. You've been too merciful. We ask you, Lord God, in Jesus' name, please touch the word. The word is already blessed, Lord God, but bless the hearers, us as hearers and doers of your word, that we may hear what you want us to hear. Bless me, Lord God. Bless my mouth and my thoughts and personalities to only add personality singular. Hallelujah. To add to the word of God, to bring it forth with great fruit. And everything that would take away to block it out. Indeed, let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight because you are my strength and my redeemer. Lord God, bless us as vessels to hear your word and be doers of the word and not hearers only. And Lord God, bless this time that our heart, our mind, our soul will worship you because you're so worthy in Jesus' name. Amen. Everybody say hallelujah. Hallelujah. There is a word, there is word today. Um, I'm going to list it out, and then we're going to read through them and then we're going to talk about it. And so praise the Lord. It's always good when we can have elongated time of listening to the word. When you're listening to the word for the elongated time, you want to make sure your eyes are following word for word, because as you actually look in the Holy Bible at the scriptures and you're hearing it, God speaks addition to you. Amen. And when you have the Holy Bible in front of you, the print printed holy Bible of the word, it is so easy for God to also maybe lead you here and there, especially if you have footnotes, etc. So you always want to have your warrior weapon of the word of God available. Amen.
SPEAKER_01Amen.
SPEAKER_02So the scriptures we're going to read is Matthew 21, 1 through 11, that's going to uh reference. Um, we're going to look at all four gospels, two in the beginning, two in the end, that talk about the Palm Sunday, which was the Sunday before the resurrection. That's why we um that's why we uh have Palm Sunday and then Good Friday at the end of the week, and then Easter Resurrection Sunday, that we celebrate Palm Sunday. Then we're gonna hear about it from Mark chapter 11, verses 1 through 11. Then in the middle of those, we're gonna go into Romans 15, then 1 Corinthians 6, 18, then Genesis 38, 9 through 10, then we're gonna hear Luke's account, chapter 19, verse 28 through 44, and then finally John 12, 12 through 19. Are we ready to listen here about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and when he came in? Hallelujah. Matthew 21, verses 1 through 11. And when you have it, say amen. Matthew 21, 1 through 11. It says, and when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem and were come to Bethphage, unto the Mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples. So it's Jesus and his disciples. Verse 2, saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied in a cult with her, a donkey. Loose them and bring them unto me. And if any man say aught unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them, and straightway he will send them. Matthew 21, verse 4. All this was done that it might be fulfilled, which was spoken by the prophet, saying, Tell ye the daughter of Zion, Behold, the king cometh unto the meek, unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and occult the fall of an fall of an ass, a child. And so Jesus coming, he's a king, but he's coming meekly. Amen. Verse 6. And the disciples went and did as Jesus commanded them. We don't want to hop over that word meek because we are trained to be so, oh, come bold, come strong, that they expected the king to be like, oh, so bold. But meek has strength and power, but also yields the way with grace. Jesus inviting you, not just bum rushing in. Oh, thank you, Jesus, for your example. Verse 7. And brought the ass in the cult and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon. This is Jesus. Verse 8. And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way. Others cut down branches from the trees and straw them in the way. That's the palm trees. Verse 9, and the multitude that went before and followed cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David. Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest. Verse 10. And when he was coming to Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this? And the multitude said, This is Jesus, the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee. Hallelujah. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Hallelujah. Mark chapter 11, verses 1 through 11. Mark chapter 11, verses 1 through 11. And when they came to Jerusalem, unto Beth Phage at Bethany, at the Mount of Olives, remember the sermon on the mount. He sended forth two of his disciples and said unto them, Go your way into the village over against you. And as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a cult tied wherein never man sat. Loose him and bring him. Loose him and bring him. Brand new, no one used it. My heart had a twinge whether I was gonna cut these palm leaves off of a tree. Don't want to waste that. These were people's livelihoods. Use for King Jesus. Verse 2 again, and saith unto them, Go your way into the village over against you, and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a cult tied whereupon never man set loose him and bring him. And if any man say unto you, Why do ye this? Say that the Lord hath need of him, and straightway he will send him hither. Verse 4, and they went their way and found the cult tied by the door without in the place where two ways met, and they loosed him. In certain them that stood there said unto them, What do ye loosing the cult? It happened just as Jesus said it was going to happen. And they said unto them, even as Jesus had commanded, and they let them go. Can you go off the word of Jesus and see him? See life lined up because you stepped out in faith? Hallelujah. Verse 7. And they brought the cult to Jesus and cast their garments on him and set upon him. And he sat upon him, Jesus sat on the little donkey. And many spread the little horse. Okay, so a donkey and a horse. And many spread their garments in the way, and others cut down branches off the trees and straw them in the way. Oh, to be one of those carrying the palm branches. Hosanna. Verse 9, and they they that went before and they that followed Christ, saying, Hosanna, blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. Blessed be the kingdom of our Father David that cometh in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest. And Jesus entered into Jerusalem and into the temple. And when he had looked round about upon all things, and now the eventide was come, he went out unto Bethany with the twelve, the twelve disciples. Turn with me to Romans 15. Romans 15 has 32, 33 verses, and other churches. Uh that would just take people out, but praise the Lord. We're a word church. Say that, praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. We're a word church. Hallelujah. Romans 15. We that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak and not to please ourselves. Let every one of us please his neighbor for his good edification. For even Christ pleased not himself, but as it is written, the reproaches of them that reproach thee fell on me. Our sins fell on Jesus. Amen. Romans 15, verse 4. For whatsoever things were written aforetime was written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. Now the God of patience and consolation grants you to be like-minded one toward another according to Christ Jesus, that ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. That means we're on one accord, that we sing on one accord, we praise on one accord, that when I know that my children tell the gospel, it's the same gospel that I tell because it's based on the word of God. Amen. Amen. That we serve the same God on one accord. Verse 7, wherefore receive ye one another as Christ also received us to the glory of God. That means that that love I talked about, that I know, I see, I feel, even without seeing your faces, I can feel the true love coming from you even right now. And I pray to God and receive you can receive the true love coming from me. That's not by coincidence. That's because we all love God Almighty. And we're in the same fellowship. Amen. Verse 8. Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God to confirm the promises made unto the fathers, and that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. And I do, hallelujah, as it is written, for this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles and sing unto thy name. Anyone who's not Jewish is a Gentile, and hallelujah, it's only because of Jesus that now we're adopted into the family of Christ. Verse 10, and again he says, Rejoice ye Gentiles with his people, and again praise the Lord, all ye gentiles, and love him, all ye people. And again, Isaiah saith, saith, that's Isaiah. And he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles, in him shall the Gentiles trust. That's why I am not ashamed to say, He is my king. Jesus is my king. Verse 13. Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace. Now we've been in joy and peace and thinking on rejoicing in the Lord always. And Philippians 4, 4 through 9. So I know that your soul is jumping. Okay, hallelujah. Rejoice in peace in believing that ye may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost. Romans 15, 14. And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another, cheer each other on to goodness. The devil works overtime on Christians to say you're bad, you're doing wrong, even though we are so living a life so much more holy than the world. You all, it's important to know how good you are doing because the devil uses condemnation to try to silence Christians. Do not let that happen. The fastest runners are those that know they're running fast. The most brilliant thinkers are those that know that, oh, I feel smart and I'm gonna find a solution. Those that are the most outspoken for God that know that I'm not perfect, but I'm redeemed, and he's brought me to a life that's so much lighter and brighter than what it would be. Will you be courageous enough to silence the condemner and look at the good that God is doing in your life? Verse 13 again, Romans 15, 13. Now the God of hope fills you with all joy and peace in believing that ye may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost. And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren. Are you following word for word, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another? Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly unto you in some sort, as putting you in mind because of the grace that is given to me of God, that I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost. Praise the Lord that we're sanctified. Romans 15, 17, set apart, made holy by the blood of Jesus. Romans 15, 17. Therefore, I have therefore whereof I may glory through Jesus Christ and those things which pertain to God. For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ has not wrought by me to make the Gentiles obedient by word and deed. Through mighty signs and wonders by the power of the Spirit of God. You know, Jesus did so many miracles, and when He spoke to the disciples and He speaketh to us, that He said, Greater works than what I do, you will do, because I go to my Father. Do you know the disciples did many miracles also? Through many signs and wonders by the power of the Spirit of God, so that from Jerusalem and round about unto Iliakrim, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. Verse 20. Yea, so I have strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation. But as it is written, to whom he was not spoken of, they shall see, and they that have not heard shall understand. For which cause I have been much hindered from coming to you. Romans 15, 23. But now having no more place in these parts and having a great desire these many years to come unto you, whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you, for I trust to see you in my journey and to be brought on my way thither thitherward by you. If first I somewhat filled with your company, if first I be somewhat filled with your company, he was longing for them. It's a godly thing for us as saints to long for one another. I haven't seen you in a while. I want to hug you, I want to love on you. We are in the same body. Don't let your heart be callous because, oh, I can't see them anyway. Let me just block them out. Do you know that long distance family, friends, you name it? Sometimes the heart turns, and oh, we used to be so close. Now we're just fighting and striving. But that is a mental thing that sometimes we do as protection. Fight over the silliest, the silliest thing. Why is this pencil yellow? This pencil shouldn't have been yellow. But really, you're saying I miss you and I'm hurting. Those of us who've lost loved ones, don't let your heart become hardened because it hurts so bad. Honor that pain and say, God, that means I love I have love. It hurts, but my heart will stay tender and used by you because I have a gift of love. Amen. Verse 25. But now I go unto Jerusalem to minister unto the saints. For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem. It has pleased them verily, and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things. When therefore I have performed this and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain. And I am sure that when I come unto you, I shall come in the fullness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ. The good news of Christ. You all please be diligent to study about Romans row, study about the way to Christ, study about the four spiritual laws. You need to be able to preach the gospel to someone else. This is the good news that we're sinners. Jesus died for us, and he offers new life by you giving your life to him. And go through John 3, 16, all of John 3. It's a blessing for us to be in the kingdom of Christ and to share that with others. Now I beseech you, verse Romans 15:30. Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me, that I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judea, and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints, that I may come unto you with joy by the will of God and may with you be refreshed. Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen. Doesn't that give us a taste of the journey? A taste of the journey that we go through even as Christians. I want to share the gospel. I want to fellowship, even though I can't be with you. We're fellowshipping among the saints that come through our blessedness. And that we can admonish each other towards the good. Second First Corinthians six eighteen. It says this flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body. But he that commit committed fornication sinneth against his own body. That means having sex before marriage, amen. Outside of marriage, not just before marriage, but anything outside of a man and woman is fornication and sin. Amen. That's married. Okay? Man and woman married to your husband, your wife. Is that very plain? Okay. Turn with me to Genesis 38. Genesis 38, verse 9 and 10 says this. And Onan knew that the seed should not be his. And it came to pass when he went in to his brother's wife that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother. And the thing which he did displeased the Lord, wherefore he slew him also. That God killed him also for spilling the seed. Now let's return to Luke and John's account of Palm Sunday. Luke 19, verse 28. If you can find the harmony of the gospels, you can type it into Google or look at the back of your Bible. Some of them still have them. It says harmony of the gospels. And what it will do is it will go through all four gospels and it will give like the works of Jesus, the miracles of Jesus, and how they line up through um all Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. And some are only in two or the different three or all four. It's a blessing when you do that before um Resurrection Sunday. And if I also encourage you, if you can find on Good Friday a church that's doing the seven last sayings of Christ, it's a blessing. I'm going to find one in Jesus' name. I went last year, even in the middle of the day. It blessed my socks off. We used to go every single year. And so that's just a phrase, Jesus, get you on the right track. Plug, amen. Luke 19, starting at verse 28. Luke 19, 28. And it says this. And when he had thus spoken, he went before ascending up to Jerusalem. And it came to pass when he was come nigh to Bethpage in Bethany, at the mount called the Mount of Olives, he sent two of his disciples, saying, Go ye into the village over against you. In in the which at your entering ye shall find a cult tied, whereon yet never man set, loose him and bring him hither. And if any man ask you, why do ye loose him, thus say ye, thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him. And they that were sent went their way and found even as he had said unto them. Luke 19, 33. And as they were loosing the cult, the owners thereof said unto him, Why loose ye the cult? Verse 34, and they said, The Lord hath need of him. And they brought him to Jesus, and they cast their garments upon the cult, and they set Jesus thereon. And as he went, they spread their clothes in the way. And when he was come nigh, even now the descent, the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen, saying, Blessed be the king that cometh in the name of the Lord, peace in heaven and glory in the highest. And some of the Pharisees from among the multitudes said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples. And he said unto them, I tell you, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out. And when he was come near, he beheld the city and wept over it, saying, If thou hadn't known, even thou, at least in this day, the things which belong unto thy peace, but now they are hid from thine eyes. For the day shall come upon thee that thine enemy shall cast a trench about thee, encompass thee round, and keep thee in on every side, and shall lay thee even, lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee, and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another, because thou knew not the time of thy visitation. In Bible study, we talked about a song we used to sing. If I must hold my peace, if I refuse to praise, the rocks will cry out. God will be praised. God will be praised. As this great praise was going forth, and Jesus was being honored and riding to the city on the cult, and the people was praising, and the disciples was waving the palm leaves and laying them before them, like we rolled out the red carpet. Some people said, rebuke the disciples, tell them to stop. But Jesus says no. If they stop their praise, the rocks will cry out. Will you praise God so loud that someone would say stop? And when you say, No, I won't stop my praise, because there will not be a rock crying out for me. I will praise God in the highest Hosanna. Last but not least, let's turn to John 12, starting at verse 12. And it says this, 12 through 19. On the next day, much people that were come to the feast when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, took branches of palm trees and went forth to meet him and cried, Hosanna, blessed is the king of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord. Verse 14, and Jesus, when he had found a young ass, set thereon as it is written, Fear not, daughter of Sion. Behold, the king cometh sitting on an ass's cult, a donkey's child. Verse 16, these things understood not his disciples at the first. But when Jesus was glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of him, and that they had done these things unto him. Why is it important as it is written, or to fulfill the prophecy, and as it is written, because for the ones who have studied, they ask the question Is this the Christ? Is this the Messiah? Is this the Savior of the world that we were hoping for? And God verifies through and through that yes, Jesus is the one. Verse 16. These things understood not his disciples at first, but when Jesus was glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of him and that they had done these things unto him. The people, verse 17, the peep, John 12, 17, the people therefore that was with him when he called Lazarus out of the grave, hallelujah, and raised him from the dead bear record. For this cause, the people also met him, for that they had heard he had done this miracle. The Pharisees therefore said among themselves, Perceive ye how ye prevail nothing. Behold, the world is going after him. The Pharisees was trying to stop Jesus, and they're like, Look around! We prevail nothing, we're not winning this battle. The more we try to shut them up, the more Christ is glorified. They talked about the miracles, they talked about Lazarus being raised from the dead, that they saw the man of Lazarus die, be dead for over three days, be wrapped up, swallowed, I mean mummified, and come forth alive. That the people worshiped and praised Jesus for his miracles. What kind of miracles? He opened the eyes of the blind. He made those that couldn't walk be able to walk. You all, I've had a taste, tiny taste of these miracles in my own life. Not being able to walk and having foot feet problems for well over two years and cortisone shots and knee rollers, and Lord, would you help me? And God did it. When we're talking about these miracles, we're not just listing off a show-off of, oh, look what God can do. But there's people, real people, who were suffering that I need a savior. I'm in pain. I'm hurting. I cannot function. And God, in his compassion, says, I love you enough that I'm going to reach down and rescue you from the ailments that you suffer from. That's why we cry, Hosanna. That's why we say hallelujah and give the highest praise. That there's a very real Savior, Jesus, who saves us from our problems, who rescues us, who's worthy to be praised. As we read the accounts over and over and over again, that God, you're worthy to be praised. In the middle there, we touched upon Romans and Corinthians and Genesis. In Romans, it says that we admonish each other for good. Then in Corinthians it said, flee fornication. Turn with me again to Corinthians. I want you all to see this word for word. When we're talking about a God who rescues us from dark things and desperate situations. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body, but he that commits fornication sins against his own body. The Amplified says this way run away from sexual immorality in any form, whether thought or behavior, whether visual or written. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the one that is sexual immoral sins against his own body. Wouldn't it be so great if we talked about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and never had to go to dark places? But that's not the complete story. When we are worshiping God as a Savior, the rescuer, what is he rescuing us from? Dark places. And when I think about the scripture saying all the other sins are outside the body, but sexual sins and moral sins are against your own body. And it doesn't always take another person, keep your hand there and turn with me to Genesis 38, 9, and 10 again. Says this. And it came to pass when he went into his unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother, meaning that, oh, I don't want to make a child and my brother gets a credit, okay? And the thing which he did displeased the Lord, wherefore he slew him also. That sexual sins, whether you're committing them against yourself or with another person, God is not pleased. Not only is he not pleased, it creates a darkness. It creates an oppression like nobody's business. When we talked about intercessory prayer earlier, and that there's a great evil in the world, that's one that has become so pervasive that oh, it's acceptable to talk about greed and money. But do you know the drivers of that evil? Even when we're talking about people disappearing at the border and things like that, that people are being sold off. I we know this, there's no doubt about it. That there's a darkness that comes with sexual sin and abuses that tries to keep a person shackled their entire life. But God, in his great mercy, sent Jesus our Savior, and he has rescued us from such dark places that if as a person you've gone through something, and that sexual demons, condemnation, accusation tries to cling on your whole life. As Christians, we do not have the same walk because Jesus has come in the power of his blood and has crucified that thing. That when Jesus was crucified and he went into the gates of hell and conquered sin and death and rose again, that that new life, new body, no sin to be stuck anymore, has rescued us from that dark place. And God says, do not return. Do not go back to the world I've rescued you from. Not in flirtations, not in what you watch, not in what you lust for. You are I'm a living witness that the pain, the pain and the um filth that comes from being stuck in the lustful state. Yes, we talk about lust here all the time. The lust for food, the lust for um, oh Lord, if I'm attracting something, you can deliver. But we stay away lots of times. We, I'm talking about as a nation, as a world, stay away from talking about just how dark and how clutch a grab that sexual sins have a hold when you yield to them. Do not go there. And if you are there, do not stay there. I saw a movie. I was trying to watch a happy-go-lucky movie. It had one of these titles, Hallmark movie. Oh, let's watch this sweet Hallmark movie. Love comes, whatever, some redeeming love. But it turned out to be the store a remake of the story of Hosea. And if you know anything about the story of Hosea, the Hosea marries um take marries Gomer and takes a wife, and she was a prostitute, and she keeps going back, leaving him again and going back to that lifestyle. And it represents how we leave God and God keeps coming for us. But there was a particular point in the story where the wife was left to her own devices, and she had to come back to the husband for herself. The story began by showing how rough her life had begun, how much abuse is. And so you felt sorry for her and you knew why she was the way she was. But while she was out there, you were like, just come back, just go back, you were safe. Why would you leave the safety of the covering and go back to that horrible world? But it was what she knew. And when she, every time before she went back, it was something that caused her to feel I'm not worthy. That's why in Romans 15, when it talks about, oh, to do good and know that you're doing good, to acknowledge each other and doing good. Don't let the enemy accuse you of, oh, I'm a bad girl, I'm a bad guy, there's something wrong with me, because he's only trying to trick you into going back into the world that God has rescued you from. Heed my warning to stay away from sin. To keep thyself from marriage. Keep thyself until marriage. Keep thyself away from sexual sin. Don't follow the world's way. The world's will be like, oh, you need to masturbate, you need to discover yourself, you need so many different partners. That's a lie. And while we're trying to be silent, the world is screaming it loud. To our babies, our teens, our young adults, our old adults. That's why the most, the most common sexual diseases are in nursing homes. Because they're I'm I've lived, I'm old, I can do whatever I want. God forbid. When we talk about we are worshiping our Savior. What's worthy enough? Who's worthy enough to be praised beyond beyond belief? He says, I don't leave one area out. Not just a warning to to avoid it, but also to come out of it. If you find yourself a victim of lust in any kind, say, Jesus, please help me. I worship you with my faith. That you are the God who saves and rescues me. From every dark place, from everything I don't have self-control in, I yell to you, God. Please grant me self-control. Thank you for bringing me out. And when God has brought you out, do not let past memories keep you in condemnation. There's nothing wrong with you. You are covered by the blood of Jesus. He's made you new. To bring you into his marvelous light. And now that you're in the light, when you cry, Hosanna, glory to God in the highest, will you also say yes to the Lord no matter what? That when he says, Why are you doing this? Will you be like the people on Palm Sunday? And say, Because the Lord has need of it. Why are you gonna give away a brand new cult no one's ever written on? It costs you money. What are you doing? What are you taking from me? God needs it. Well, yes, take it. Oh, why do I have to sing that song or do this awkward thing or go to this place I'm uncomfortable with? Oh, yes, I'll go there because the Lord hath need of it. Why do I need to forgive these people as a whole? They've been so horrible. Yes, I'll like you individually, but can't I hate them as a whole? No, because the Lord has need of my love. Will you give your best to the Lord because he needs it? If you are saved, you've given your heart to the Lord. Because he has need of it. If you're not saved, will you give your heart to the Lord? Will you give your life to the Lord? Because he has need of it. What does need of it mean? That there is a purpose for it to be used for God's kingdom. That your life, I don't care what anybody else has ever told you, your life is valuable. And your life, God has need of it. God has a purpose for the goodness of the kingdom of God to use you. And he says, all you have to do is ask. He says that as many as have received him, Lord God, please I receive you. Please save my soul. As many as receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. He said, Behold, I stand at the door and knock. All you have to do is open the door. Let him come in. He's doing the work. You just have to say, Yes, I receive you. I give you my life. I repent for my sins. I want to be saved and love you the rest of my life. You've tried it your way. We know there's a better way than that. Will you give your life to God? If you are ready to become a born-again believer and begin this wonderful walk with Christ, will you please bow your head and pray with me? We're going to pray with you as you repeat this prayer. Let us bow our head. Say, dear Lord God.

SPEAKER_02This day. I am born again. Thank you, God. Thank you, God, before we go into worship. Oh my goodness, we're going to say another prayer. Thank you for giving your heart to the Lord. If we want to know about it, please tell us in the comments and write about it. If you had questions, you were close. Reach out to us. We'll find a way to talk with you. Let us bow our head again real quick. Lord God, as we prepare for worship, we thank you. We sealed this word with the blood of Jesus. Thank you for rescuing us from dark places. Thank you, Lord God, that you are our Lord and our Savior. Thank you for the word. The word Jesus who became flesh and dwelt among us. Thank you for the word of God, the Bible, the scriptures, the love letter. Thank you, Lord God, that you spoke the world. The word and the world was created. Thank you, Lord God. For creating us in your image. There are no mistakes. Thank you, God, for healing us, making us whole. And that there's nothing in our past. No bad thing in our past that belongs in our future. Because you've healed it, sealed it, you've blotted out every transgression. And throwing in a sea of forgetfulness to remember no more. Thank you, God, that we're redeemed and we're whole. And we choose to worship you. On this poem Sunday, we worship you as the Savior who saved us from despicable places and keeps us in your marvelous light. As we worship you, Lord God, please be pleased with our worship. You have our love and our attention in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen.
