Hey ladies, welcome back to another episode. today's episode, I am going to be talking about something that I recently discovered, and that is the connection between your dream business and masculine energy. So one thing that I recently discovered is we are in relationship. To everything, not just relationship to human beings who were in relationship to our hair were in relationship to our clothes were in relationship to money, who are in relationship to our dream business. Everything is a relationship. So. The other day I was thinking about all the times in my business where I was scared to go all in. Or I was inconsistent with my commitment. I wasn't honoring my time management I was feeling like it was hard, like it was a struggle, you know, struggle love. It was struggle work for so many different reasons. But what popped in my mind is when I was thinking about it was, wow, there, I was having those problems because there was a form of wounded masculine energy within me. Okay, so within my masculine energy and some of the examples that I'm going to give you guys today is going to be with relationships with men, just so that you can get a little bit more of an understanding. However, the concept of this is really about your masculine energy because we have both masculine and feminine energy and in our business, you are your business at the end of the day. And you represent your business, both in your masculine energy and in your feminine energy. So how I discovered how I realized that there was some form of that masculine energy is because I realized that one, I wasn't going all in. Because there were moments where my business, you know, let me down. And I was scared to go all in because I didn't want to be hurt again. I wasn't honoring my commitments or being consistent because I lost trust that being consistent was actually going to pay off. I lost trust that my business wanted to provide for me My business wanted to take care of me I didn't trust that my business loved me back just as much as I loved my business because There were moments with building my business and over time Where sometimes I felt like I loved it more than it loved me And the times where I felt like I was going all in or hustling and I didn't get the results that I wanted. So I slow down, I wasn't as consistent. I wasn't as productive, scared to go all in. Because of that trust and feeling of safety however, my business is not a human being right? It's a reflection of me so that meant that It was me That wasn't giving me that sense of safety. And so oftentimes when it's not working out, sometimes it's a huge part that that masculine has been wounded because the inconsistency, the not showing up. All of that is a part of your masculine energy being wounded. So to give you guys more of an example that even helped me understand it more is when I started thinking about relationships, right? And there was relationships that I've experienced with men that I felt was healthier than other men. others and there was not so healthy relationships. So from my personal experience, when I didn't feel safe in a relationship, I didn't feel like I can thrive. I didn't feel confident in our future. I didn't feel safe to be myself, safe to be myself and expression of myself and be and be still be taken care of and love. I felt anxious, Depleted, unhappy and more feel like I was chasing than actually receiving. Versus the, The experience that I had with more healthier relationships, I was more at ease. I was able to feel like I was thriving more, was more relaxed. I felt like I can be myself. I felt like I can, I wasn't scared to go all in. I was happy to go all in, maybe a little nervous to go all in. Cause you really never know what the outcome is going to be. However, that person who made me feel safe. To be myself, to express my emotions, to just be me, that person that made me feel safe that he's gonna provide and take care of me. That's when you're able to just kind of be free and, and go all in and trust that. So is the same way with our business, right? It's the same way with that, with that masculine part of us, we're either going to feel safe to go all in and our business, because our business is showing us that it wants to take care of us. Our business is telling us that it wants to take care of us. Or we're gonna feel not so safe because our business showed us multiple times that they don't care about us. It showed us that we are, you know, working for for nothing, right? We're either going to feel loved by our business and like our business is attracting to us, or are we going to feel like we're repelling our business? Like our business is repelled from us, right? We're either going to be happy or we're going to feel not so happy. We're either going to be energized or we're not going to be energized in our business. And all of that, what I realize, all of it, all of it, all of it comes down to a feeling of trust, a feeling of being safe. And like I said, your business is not really a human being. Your business can't talk to you, but it does talk to you. And it talks to you through the results that you are experiencing. It talks to you through your feelings. It talks to you just based off your results, your outcome that you see, it tells you, if you have a healthy feminine relationship with yourself, feminine energy with yourself, if you have a healthy masculine energy with yourself, it's going to talk to you. It's going to talk to you. If you're too much on this side, if you're less on this side, it's going to talk to you My business was talking to me, and I didn't even know it. So those moments where You know, you are feeling Depleted you are feeling Either you have to hustle or you're scared to go all in you're scared to trust it is you're scared to go all in you're being inconsistent or maybe you're hustling and you've started to feel desperate and It is because there's a sense of lack of trust. That you have within that business. There's a sense of trust that has been lost. You're hustling because you don't know if your business is going to work out right. There's a sense of trust. There's a lack of expectation that your business is going to take care of you or you're not going all in because again, maybe your business let you down. In the past and just like it let me down in the past. So you're scared to go all in. You're scared to take that risk again. It's the same thing as with relationships, right? Sometimes we're scared to go all in again because we've been hurt in the past. It's the same, same thing. So our business, our dream business represents both. However That relationship with masculine energy and so important is a strong, strong connection because in order for us to To truly, truly thrive in our feminine energy, the thing that's going to your energy, the thing that's going to bring your business to life, the thing that is going to make your business feel fun, the thing that's going to make your business feel energized, the thing that you are going to pour ideas from. That thing, that feminine energy part of you, the only way that it can thrive and be able to receive your business, receive the fruit that you've poured into is only when there's a healthy masculine energy involved. That is the only way. So what do I mean by that? That is only a healthy masculine energy involved. So what I mean by that is If you don't have any structure in your business If you work anytime you want You don't have no set time that you this is your hours then how are you going to be able to feel? free to flow You're not you're going to be a little bit all over the place. And then what happens when that happens who gets hurt? The feminine energy part of you, right? The part of you that feel good Part of you that juicy part of you the self love part of you the self esteem part of you That's the part that's going to get hurt. When there's no time management, no productivity. If there is no strategy, you don't have a game plan, you're just throwing it out there. There is gonna be, you're gonna be all over the place again. We need strategy. There's feminine energy meets strategy. That's a beautiful combination. We need strategy. We need to see how things work. We need that logical part of us so that we can put things in order so then that we can flow. That's creating the outcome in your business. That's creating The website that's creating the bank account that money can come into that's creating a place for people to sign up for the email list, you know, that is The masculine that's the outcome We need that so that now that we have that We can go and create we can go and pour juiciness into our business We can go and have fun and play in our business and maybe change ideas because we know That there's some structure. We know that we're gonna strategize we know we have to act And also be able to receive right Action is required in manifestation your feminine energy part of you is a part that is manifesting But you can't manifest unless you have the action part of it Right, so we need that masculine energy to be Healthy and that's really within us. So how can We get back that healthy part of us in our business because again, our business is a reflection of both masculine and both feminine, but we need our masculine energy so that feminine energy can thrive. It all boils down again to trust and safety. How can we begin to trust Our masculine part of us. How can we begin to trust that our business wants to take care of us? that our business loves us That our business wants to provide for us that our business is here to stay is not running away That we can try different things in our business, that we can go, that we're safe to go all in and maybe it doesn't work out right away, but it's going to work out. Eventually it's okay. Right? So how can we build that trust back within ourselves is the same way of building that trust back with going out to date again after you just been heartbroken. Yeah. Right. It's the same thing. And that is one that's taken risk, taking the risk to go all in, taking a risk to actually say, you know what? I want to be consistent. I love myself so much that I am going to be consistent. I'm going to create structure. I am going to show up because my business truly wants to provide. And the only way it's going to be able to provide is if I'm doing these things,. If I'm creating the outcome for my business to be able to provide, if I'm creating the strategy, if I'm creating the action part of my business to be able to provide. And so that the other part of me can also thrive as well. So how can I build that trust back within myself? And it's just taking the risk and just doing it. That's really all it boils down to is just taking a risk and saying that I got to do this. I'm going to do it. I'm going to go all in because my business wants to take care of me. So building that relationship with your business. My business wants to take care of me. My business wants to provide me. Trick in your mind Trick in your mind to believing that it's safe to try again. It's safe to go all in again. It's safe to You know To bet on myself again. That's honoring your commitments that is showing up for yourself. Because the reason why we are lacking, just like if a man is not consistent with us and he's, you know, not showing up when he said he's going to show up. Then what happens? We don't have confident. We don't have confidence in that future between us. No, we don't. It is, it seems wavering. It seems like Wishy washy, right? Our business, your business, may seem wishy washy right now because You are honoring those commitments. You are not honoring your commitments. You are not committing to yourself. You are your business. So when I'm talking about you, I'm talking about your business. When I'm talking your masculine energy, I'm talking about your business. You are your business. Your business is a reflection of you. Your business is a reflection of your masculine energy and your feminine energy. You are your business, right? And so that's building trust within yourself, being consistent, allowing your business, your masculine energy to show you that it is safe that is trustworthy. Right to show you that your needs will be met to show you that your dream is worth caring for to show you that, you know, they don't want you to struggle, right? Our feminine part of us. We want to be safe. We want to be relaxed. We want to be just living life But the let this part of it prove that so that this part can thrive so that Our juicy part can thrive and then want to pour more and then pour more into our business and you know Pour all the juicy ideas and creativity and love Into our business and then When the fruits of that starts appearing, then it's going to, it's like, you know, then it's going to show the masculine part of you like, Ooh, like, let me, let me keep providing, let me keep building more structure. Right? Because I love her so much. Now she's taking care of me, taking care of her, taking care of me. Like, it's just going back and forth. And so trust and safety, that's what we have to build back into ourselves. That's what is going to help you. If you feel like there's a balance that is off and you're like doubtful of your business and you're scared, it's because there There is some form of wounded masculine energy within you. There is some form of it. And when you realize that, now, You get to decide If you want to build that trust back again, or if you just want to let it be And so but if you want your dream business, you're gonna want to risk it again You're gonna want to go all in again because it's safe to go all in it is safe to trust yourself It is safe to trust your business your business wants to provide for you And so remember what I said, everything is a relationship, everything. Your business is in a relationship with you. So how can you strengthen that relationship? You are your business. How can you strengthen your masculine part of your business within you? And how can you strengthen, of course, that feminine part of you? And in order to strengthen that feminine energy part of you, a huge part of that, especially in your business, is to be able to have a nice, strong, healthy relationship with your masculine part of you. So that this here can thrive can create because that's where everything is going to truly come from. This is the part of you. The feminine energy part of you is going to be the part that attracts the opportunities that attracts the money that lives in creativity, that attracts your audience, your audience, that attracts your listeners that attracts your customers, that attracts your clients, whatever you're trying to do for. That is the part of you that is the juicy part of you and you're just gonna feed into each other just like in a Relationship. Right? So your business is your relationship.
