Hello, ladies, a happy new year. I hope you guys had a fabulous new year and an amazing Christmas. So I'm so excited to be back for another video, another episode. Today we are going to be talking about how to make your dreams, your dream goals a reality in 2025. Guys, so I have my notes with me. I'm ready to get started. I'm super excited for this. I'm super excited for you guys to reach all of your goals this year. It is so possible. So these tips is going to help you make it a reality. So let's go ahead and get started. All right. So, step number one is to follow your desires and get rid of the logic. Follow your desires and get rid of the overthinking. The, the main thing that's going to stop you. We so often neglect our desires. Our desires speak to us so much. It's our intuition. It's those things that. you know, makes us excited. Our goals, the things that make us happy that we want to achieve. Those are your desires. What I want you to do is drop the logic right now. When you do this, when you drop the logic, this is what's going to happen. You are going to one, It's going to push you to be more courageous, it's going to push you out of your comfort zone because listening to your body is something that we are so not used to doing. So what do I mean by this? Let's say you have a desire to launch a book, You, you want to be this amazing author. However, this is the thing that you tell yourself. Maybe you tell yourself, Oh, but I need to get a publisher. I haven't really written anything yet. I don't really know who's going to want to buy my book. What do I have to talk about? That's the logic. That's all the limiting beliefs that comes up. That's all the voices of other people that comes up. That's all of your self doubt that comes up. Right? So listening to your desires, what that will look like is, I want to launch a book. Okay, so what do I need to do? Right now, I'm just gonna start writing. I don't know where the book is gonna be launched. I don't know when the book is going to be published. I don't know how I'm going to get it across, you know, the world like I wanted to. However, I know exactly what I want to do and what I want to do is write a book. So I'm going to go ahead and decide what I want to write about and I'm just going to start writing. That's it. I'm going to pour out all my juiciness and I am going to start writing. That's what following your desires look like. That's what getting out of your head looks like. Like, just doing it. It is the innate confidence. It's the innate thing that that we have detached from. It's something that children know how to do. Babies know how to do. I talk about this all the time. It's that desire to be able to crawl. That desire to be able to walk, that desire to be able to do whatever it is that you want to do without thinking, without thought. That's, that's exactly what it is. It's just, it's just following your heart's desire and keeping it pushing. So, what you're going to do is follow your desire and drop the logic. Okay, What this is going to do for you, it is going to, like I said, is going to make you be more courageous. It's going to push you out of your comfort zone, but it's going to make you have to learn how to trust yourself, to trust you're an inner knowing, to trust that you truly know what it is that you want best for your life. Not what anyone else wants best for your life, but what you want. best for your life. So it's going to push you out of your comfort zone to start trusting yourself, trusting that you can truly make your dreams a reality because it's possible you, the vision is there. The desire is there. It is possible. So following your desire is going to make you trust yourself and get rid of that doubt. Okay. Another thing that this is going to do for you is it is going to make you get rid of asking for permission and validation. So if you watched my previous video on becoming your Dream Woman, one of the main tips was to get rid of asking for permission. That is a key in you becoming your dream woman. That is a key in you reaching your dream goals in 2025. Get rid of permission. You do not need permission to follow your desires. You do not need validation. Validate yourself. You don't need to ask anybody, should I do this? What do you think about this? No, because what happens, what happens is this number one, normally you're asking for validation because you don't trust yourself, right? So following your desires is going to force you to trust yourself. Also, what happens when you get advice that you don't necessarily want to hear advice from someone who maybe isn't doing What you inspire to do, what happens, self doubt, it slows you down. Then you start thinking, Oh my vision, my, my desire. It doesn't seem possible. it doesn't seem that it's something I should be doing. Right? If you're a mom, some of you say, well, you don't need to do that right now. Like you need to worry about taking care of your kids. You need to worry about doing things like that, right? You don't need to start a business. You have a family to take care of. I'm sure some of you heard things like that, right? That's what happens when you seek permission. That's what happens when you seek validation. Let me tell you something. The vision that you got was a God given desire for you. It was not meant for anyone else to receive that same desire as you. No one sees your vision. No one knows exactly what it is that you are capable of doing, but you, you can build into knowing what you're capable of doing. However, no one else knows your capabilities. No one else sees your vision. This is why you probably hear Be silent. Don't tell anybody your dreams. I mean you can share with like mentors. You can share with coaches You can share your desires with people who are also pursuing their desires but seeking validation and permission for people who are not including your mentors including your coaches You do not need permission. Again, you have that desire. So follow it. Also another thing that this is going to cause you to do is with following your desire is to work on letting go of self consciousness, right? This is that, those insecurities. So what I mean by that, let me give you some example. So as you can see, this is a new background. I recently moved in with my mom for a little while. And guess what? I'm no longer in a place where it's just me and my daughter. Right now, I'm in a place where there is multiple people in my house. What that did for me, no lie guys, I was wondering how am I going to record? How am I going to show up for my audience? How am I going to show up for my clients? I felt so uncomfortable with the thought that that people are going to be hearing me create content, when people are going to be hearing me speak, and so that thought freaked me out because it's uncomfortable. It is very uncomfortable. However, I have this strong desire to hit my goals. I have a strong desire to show up, to create, to speak to my audience, to speak to my clients. And so I had to say, you know what, I have to let go of that self consciousness because It is what it is. I'm going to have to show up regardless. And here I am showing up regardless. And it was so funny because yesterday when I was recording, yesterday was the first time I was recording a video. I was recording a video for my course and I heard like my mom in the next room, like walking past the room. And even though I was a little nervous in the side, I kept going because I said, you know what? It is what it is. If I'm going to teach you guys how to be more confident, if I'm going to push you out of your comfort zone, then I have to continue to push myself out of my comfort zone. And that is following your desires. My strong desire to show up, that strong burning desire to show up for you guys, no matter what, overweighed the self consciousness of, oh my gosh, I don't want people to hear me recording. It's awkward, it's, it's awkward, it's nerve wracking for someone to know they might be listening out the door. Guess what? Who cares? And when that happens, it gets more and more comfortable for you to show up. And following your desires is something that's always going to lead to lead you to more of fulfillment, more pleasure in your life, more happiness versus listening to you. The logic. We are women, we are feminine beings. And logic is good sometimes, right? Structure. things like that, planning, strategizing. But, you know, tuning into your feminine energy, tuning into your body is something that we have to learn how to connect with way more often so that we can truly connect. Bring our dream goals to reality. All right, so tip number two, and I love this tip. It is to love on your dreams. I'm sure. Maybe you haven't heard someone tell you this before about pouring love on your dream goals But I'm gonna tell you this pour love on your dream goals. And what I mean by this Why is this so important is because you are in relationship to every single person thing. You're in relationship with your phone. You are in relationship with yourself. You are in relationship to your dream goals. And in order to really grow a relationship, what is the most important thing to do? Attention, right? Pouring love on it. How do you show love? So pour love on your dreams through. Of course, giving it the valuable attention that it needs, but speaking, speaking is so powerful. You know how they say that with plants, when you speak to plants and you talk to them and you love on the plants, they grow, they grow so much faster, they grow so much beautifully, they grow so much stronger. It is the same exact thing. Pour love on your goals. Speak life to your goals. You are in relationship to that goal. That goal wants to take care of you. That goal, your goal is your masculine energy. Your goal wants to take care of you. Your goal wants to give to you. Your goal wants to provide to you. How can you nurture that? You talk to it. You love it. Thank you. Go. I love you so much. Thank you. Go for loving me back. You want me back just as much as I want you. Trust me. These things work. Even when I had like, I had like my hair was shedding and I was like, you know what? Let me start speaking like to my hair. Let me start telling my hair, like, I love it. And. You know, thank you for being so strong. Thank you for being so healthy and guess what happened? I promise you not my hair started growing back I'd like within like the next few weeks and I looked and I was like, oh my gosh Like I promise you was a little bald spot and it's not even there After I started speaking life to my little the little spot that I had So, TMI, but I wanted to share that because it is possible when you start speaking love to your goals. love is such a powerful emotion. Feeling is the secret. When you are trying to manifest something Yes. We like to write things out. We like to visualize We like to say these are the things that we want, but a huge key factor in that manifestation, besides the action part, I mean, love is the action verb, right? It's action. But a huge part in manifestation is love. the emotion, feeling that emotion igniting all of your senses, igniting those senses. And love is one of those strong, powerful emotions that is going to move things that is going to reach your self, your subconscious mind. That's why love is such a strong, powerful. Emotion because it moves mountains and make things happen. It connects on a deeper level Gratitude is a strong emotion Love is a strong emotion So pour love on it. Talk to it bring it life This is what's going to attract your goal to you versus repel it from you It's the same thing with people right when you love on people they Attract you when you this love on people, what happens or in a relationship, what happens? It repels same exact thing. Your goals are in a relationship with you. So love on it. and watch z how it starts growing your dream goals become your reality All right. So number three the third tip is drop perfectionism Right now if you want to achieve if you want to achieve your dream goals This year in 2025 2025. I highly, highly encourage you to drop perfectionism. Perfectionism is an inhibition. An inhibition is something that hinders your progress. And so I gave this example before how I, it took me six months to create content because I wanted things to be perfect before I launched my new episodes on my podcast. But what happened? Six months happened. Six months happened of no progress. I mean, I eventually pushed it out, but That's six months. You know how much I could have gotten done in six months? No. So that's a half of a year of doing something. You do not want to take half a year to start something. You don't want to do that. You want to release that perfectionism and Start. This does not mean that whatever dream goal you have This doesn't mean to have fastings. This doesn't mean to not think about quality. This doesn't mean to not care. This does not mean that. This means to Again, follow your desires, get out of your logic, get out, get out of your mind. This means to stop trying to be so perfect. The reason why, you know, people tend to be perfectionist is because they don't want, they have a fear of if they put something out or, you know, whatever it is that they're doing, they're scared of judgment. They're scared of embarrassment of how it's going to look. But, What is that doing for you? Again, that goes back into seeking that validation. What is that going to do for you? No, put it out. You're going to get better in time, whatever it is that you want to do. If you want to be a content creator, if you want to start a business, if you want to start a YouTube channel, you start now and you get better over time. This is how you Build your confidence. This is how you build your trust in yourself. This is how you don't waste time time is valuable Time is so valuable if you want to achieve your goals then Try not to waste time. Try not to waste time whatsoever. Alright, one thing I learned, and you probably heard this before, is that success loves speed. Again, this doesn't mean half assing, this doesn't mean hustle, this doesn't mean any of that. But, Perfectionism just slows down. The better you get, you get when you just start putting things out, you progress, you learn more about yourself, you learn, you build a faster skill set. And the faster you start working towards your goals, then the quicker the success of you hitting your dream goals will happen. All right so tip number four is Clarity guys, so as you've gone into 2025, Make sure that you have clarity. Without clarity, there is no confidence. Where there is no clarity, there is confusion. And if you know what confusion feels like, it is a very uneasy, unsettling feeling. It doesn't give you confidence to move forward. It doesn't give you confidence to begin. Anything so by all means what I want you to do Is decide that you need to get crystal clear on the goals that you want to achieve Right get crystal clear and that is going to be so so so important because when you get clear You now know what you want to do. You. Can start figuring out how you want to do these things you can get clear on that. You don't have to know the when, you don't have to know the where, you don't even know, need to know how everything is really gonna pan out. But knowing how you want to start and how you want to work things around, that's important. But having clarity, especially on the what. What goals do you want to achieve this year so that you can start working towards it without clarity? There's no confidence and confidence is something that you are going to need to continue to To drive this thing home confidence you are going to need. another strong thing that clarity is going to help you with is getting you To have be able to have strong visualizations. Is an important aspect of manifestation, right? how can you visualize if you do not have clarity on where you want to go? So this is going to help you strengthen your visualization to actually, give you the energy. Visualization is going to make you excited to keep going. It's going to keep your mind clear on where you're going, what you want to do who you want to do away, why you're doing this, right? That's what clarity is going to do for you. This is going to help you achieve your dream goals clarity by all means. What I want you to do is create a 10x goal Create a goal that you truly and it's important to have different goals. However what I recommend for you to focus on is having one large goal What is your one large goal? Yes, you there's going to be many other small goals along the way But what is one large goal that you want to work on? And then you work around that. Work around what you need to do. Who you need to be to make this happen. This is what clarity is going to do for you. Create this one large goal and then work on that. And then what you're going to do is create one to five tasks that you need to do in order to achieve this goal. What are the one to five things? No more than, no more than three or five. What are the top five? Top things that you need to do to achieve this goal. What this does is avoid distractions. What this does is avoid overwhelm and burnout. The things that's actually going to move the needle towards your goals. The things that are actually going to bring it to life. So, What this can look like. Right? So let's say your dream goal is to become a speaker. Right? What are the top tasks that you Need to do what is those top tasks can look like so one of those tasks can look like okay So i'm going to have a podcast i'm going to have a youtube channel speaking sharing my insight Building that up. That is one task. That's just you creating content, right? Another task can be okay. Now i'm going to create my speaker site These are all the things that I did to become a speaker. That's one task that, that's just a one and done kind of thing, right? Create your speaker side. And then two, and then three. Now you're going to go ahead and look for events. That could be the third task, that you look for events maybe every, every Monday. You look for events look for 20 to 50 events and reach out to event planners. It could be as simple as that. There's always other different options that you can go And do however That is one way. So one to five tasks that is actually going to move the needle What do you need to do? And so that's what clarity is going to give you You To achieving your dream goals is get that to the next goal and then figuring out what are the top tasks that I need to do to move this needle so that I'm not distracted by busy work, by doing busy things that is actually not doing anything for me. Tip number 5 is to make pleasure a priority. This is something that I am currently practicing currently working on making it a pri Already because pleasure attracts your desires. It is more of an energetic. It is more of you filling up your cup, filling up your vibrations, filling up your joy throughout the day, throughout life. That's going to be the thing to attract your desires to you, to attract your dream goals to you. so what does making pleasure a priority looks like? So it can be small things Is making a healthy breakfast is making something that is just delicious and sometimes that is being quiet and being present with my food and just And and savoring the the taste and and the goodness of it like Like oh my gosh, this is so good. Like, thank you for this food That's pleasurable that's things like taking the time to Get beautiful in the morning to make yourself feel good to to speak like by yourself and be like You know like you look good right to do things like that to spray perfume to get A scent like you smell good, you smell delicious, that's pleasurable. It's things like drinking tea drinking a cup of coffee, those things are pleasurable. That's things like wearing sexy, you know, sexy panties, wearing sexy lingerie or just making yourself feel sexy, listening to sexy music, listening to jazz music. listening to romantic music, right? It's about, bro, pretty much romanticizing your life. How can you make your life? Pleasurable almost every single day. So as little things like that, romanticizing your life those are going to be the things that attracts your desires. Following your desires, that looks like prioritizing. Fun, eating ice cream. If you want to eat ice cream and savoring that moment. That's doing things like dancing. You know, what makes you feel good? What lights you up? Because one thing that is not going to do it is working on your goals 24 7. Ignoring pleasure, even rusting is pleasurable. Right. One thing that we typically do is ignore pleasure. I ignore pleasure for a very, very, very long time in my life. I prioritize productivity. I prioritize my goals. I prioritize so many things over my fun. I told myself I can't have fun unless I do this, right? I don't deserve to have fun. I told myself things like that. Give yourself pleasure and make pleasure a priority Pleasure is going to attract your desires to you. It's going to attract your desires to you faster than you Just working on your goals 24 7 because you know It's draining. It sucks. It's even though it's fun working on your goals, right? You can make that fun too. You can make that pleasurable. I love doing this to me. This gives me pleasure. This gives me excitement. This gives me so much use to be able to show up and pour out my creativity. I love it. I love everything about it. And when I'm not doing it, Sometimes I feel like, like anxious. I'm like, Oh no, like I want to create. Right. So there's so many things that can give you pleasure at different times in your life, pleasure is a priority. And as women, we tend to forget that is a priority to us. It is a priority. And so making it a priority is going to Make your dream goals come to you faster because it's going to put your vibration way up here is going to make you detach from Just reaching this one goal. It's going to make you detach. Yes. You want this goal But you're more you care more about how you feel You care more about making yourself happy you care more about, you know Being joyful you care more about filling your cups When you care more about that than just hitting your goals It's going to attract to you. All right, so make pleasure a priority. The number six tip is Improve your performance level. Okay, so Here's the thing We all do it. We all do this. Most of us are only given 10 percent of what we are capable of. What I want you to not think I'm saying is to work harder. Over on this side. We don't we don't hustle We don't hustle. We don't work harder. Okay, so What i'm not talking about is working harder. I'm not talking about hustling what i'm talking about is improving your performance Level so a lot of us are doing less than what we truly are capable of right? Yes, this may look like pushing yourself a little bit more Pushing yourself a little bit out of your comfort zone. This may look like dropping things like perfectionism, right? Dropping things like doing tasks that isn't moving the needle. Let me give myself for example, I was only producing one video a week. I was thinking about, this is all I can do right ab, to work. This is all I can do. However, I am an avid study er of quantum physics, of quantum leaping. And one of the main things was that we are doing less than what we truly are capable of. How to get rid of those things is getting rid of excuses, is getting rid of limiting belief, is getting rid of certain habits. So, a lot of times we think we're working hard, we think we're giving it all we got because we're stuck, we're so busy doing busy work. However, what if you were to drop Some of the habits, some habits that maybe you take forever to get dressed in the morning. That's a habit maybe you need to wake up a little bit earlier. Or maybe you have a habit of just lounging around and waiting to, you get tired to start working, maybe you have a habit of eating a big meal before you start working on your goals. And now you feel sluggish, you feel tired. So now your performance level is not where it should be. It's not where it can be. What are some things that you can stop doing? So for a while I was thinking that I could only do one video, but then when I started saying, you know what, I want to increase my performance level, right? I have this desire, there was a desire to create more. However, I kept limiting myself, but what was I doing to limit myself from creating more videos? Number one, I was taking forever to get dressed in the morning, number two is that I didn't have my outline prepared for the next day. I had to get myself more prepared Once I started doing it and I said, you know what? I want to create three videos this week and I did it I blew myself away because guess what? It wasn't hard. It wasn't, it wasn't harder. It actually energized me and made me excited. And I realized, wait, I was slowing myself down. Know that my performance level can go way higher. So what are some habits? what are some things that you're doing? What are some habits that you can get rid of to increase your performance level? Because You are more capable of the 10 percent that you are giving right now. So tip number seven is one of my favorites and I talk about this all the time and that is acting as if. Acting as if it's already done. Acting as if you already have your dream goals. This is a practice of embodiment. This is a practice of internalization. What I want you to do is to right now, act to yourself. If you knew that the goal that you want to achieve was going to manifest, it was going to be into, in your reality, let's say next week, let's say this month, let's say next month. If you knew, what would you do differently today? Would I procrastinate? Would I get up on time? would I give it all I got, increase my performance level? What I continue to work on my confidence to, to continue to talk to myself kindly. What I have self doubt right now. What I beat myself up about a mistake that I make. If I knew that next week was going to, my, my dream goal was going to manifest. What I do that. Maybe you would, maybe you won't, but what would you do? This is how you are going to truly bring your dream goal into reality along with the other tips, right? Because you want to act like it's already going to happen. A lot of times why our dream goals do not manifest is because We have this doubt that is going to happen, and because we have this doubt, we move accordingly, right? We don't show up, we're inconsistent we are perfectionist, we slow down, we do a lot of things, because we have this doubt that our dream goal is Is going to come to us is going to provide for us is going to show up for us, right? So what would you do? How would you move differently if you knew your dream goal was already here? It is already here, right? It's already here. It's waiting for you to Bring it into reality by doing the things that you need to do to bring it into reality And in order for you to do those things You need to Become her, become the person that have this, do this thing, okay? This is going to bring it into reality. This is you trusting in the unseen, believing in the unseen. This is you having an act of faith. This is you having an act of courage. This is you truly embodying a confident queen. This is you truly embodying The version of yourself that you want to be, which is a woman who is, who moves with expectation. A woman who knows from the bottom of her heart that her goals is already hers without a doubt, right? We don't want to doubt our dreams. We don't want to doubt our desires. However, we do sometimes, right? Because one, either it's never been done or We have setbacks in the past where we doubt ourselves. There's so many reasons why you can have doubts, but think of the reasons why, why should you believe? Why should you believe? Trick yourself into thinking, into believing that is already yours. Is belief could be a negative thing or a positive thing. Believe. I heard this one time where If you look at the word believe, or believe, right? Right in the middle of it is what? What word is it? Lie, really, a lie. So, you believe, you're believing a lie. I heard someone say that, right? And I was like, oh, like that's pretty cool because it's so true, right? You're believing a lie. You don't know, like, This, this is a lie. You're telling yourself it's, it's not here, right? You don't have it right here in front of you, your goal. So, it's a lie. But what you want to believe? You want to either believe that it's coming true or believe that it's not. Believe the lie. Believe the lie that you want to be a reality. Okay? So, trick yourself. Lie to yourself, girl. Tell yourself, my goal is here. What if my goal is here? was here. Like, what if I was going to, hit a thousand subscribers next week? What if I was going to hit 10k in my business this month? What if I was going to get that six figure brand deal? Two months from now, what if I was going to do that? What if I was going to hit my dream body weight next month? What if I was going to meet my dream man in three months or next week, what would happen? What would you do differently? How would you be today? How would you talk to yourself today? How would you love on yourself today? Right? So this is going to require you to be courageous. And take action as if it was going to happen. Believe the lie that you want to become true. Take that action. Have the courage to be embarrassed. Have the courage to to believe in yourself. Have the courage to overcome limiting beliefs. Have that courage to act as if. That's really all acting as if is, is courage, is courage to believe in something that's not there yet, right? That hasn't manifested yet in physical reality, is there, but in physical form, maybe not yet. So act as if, just have that courage, okay? So, now I'm just gonna rehash all of the things that I mentioned. So number one was to follow your desires and to drop the logic Especially with following your desires Your desires are going to be key following your desires. Your desires is going to lead you to Your dream goals more than, more than you know, alright. Number two was to drop perfectionism. Oh, number two was to love on your dreams. Pour love on your dreams. It is in relationship with you just like anything else. Your dreams love you. Literally feel that emotion. My dreams love me, whatever dream it is. I love, I love this goal, right? Speak to it. Love it. Date that dream, right? Nurture that dream. You want that dream to want you back. Love it. number three was to drop Perfectionism is just going to hold you back, drop it. Four is clarity. Clarity is key. Clarity, when you have clarity, you know what to do. When you have clarity, you can figure out how to do things. You can figure out where you want to do something. You can figure out how you want to do something. What you want, who you want to be, clarity, clarity, clarity, clarity, all things get clarity. Clarity is going to increase your confidence and your future and your goals. Number five was to make pleasure a priority. Pleasure is going to attract your desires to you. It's really about just romanticizing your life. Romanticizing your life. Making yourself feel juicy. Making yourself feel good. Igniting your feminine energy. Igniting your passions. Igniting your sensual energy. Your sexiness. Igniting. All of it, right? That is what pleasure is all about. Being present. Just bring in your life, your vibration up to here so your, your, your desires can attract you so much faster than just doing work. Just doing hard work because that's, that can be pleasurable, but at some point like it's not, right? It's not. You have to give yourself pleasure. you are a priority. number six was to improve your personal performance. We are only doing 10 percent of what we truly are capable of. So think of today, how can you increase your personal performance? You can, you just have to get rid of certain habits, certain things that are slowing you down and watch your performance level increase. This is not about working harder. This is about just. just improving your performance level, right? Because this is going to help you achieve your dream goals. And then lastly, was acting as if it's already done.
