Hey ladies. Oh, welcome back to another video. So if you guys wanna be a goal achiever, there are gonna be five questions that is going to help you unlock your potential, open your mind to new possibilities. And also help you crush limiting beliefs. These are five questions that I've asked on multiple occasions that have helped me push past certain beliefs and helped me unlock my potential and help me achieve certain dream goals. So I wanna share these with you today so that you can begin unlocking your potential. Opening your mind to new possibilities for yourself and conquering those limited beliefs that are stopping you from going from dreaming to actually achieving your dream goals. Which brings me to before I get started with the five questions that's gonna help you, is a reminder that the Goal Achiever program is starting very, very soon. So now let's go into these five questions. I am so, so, so excited because I just want you guys to unlock your potential. You have so much possibilities that is for you that you don't even know. All right, so the first question to ask yourself is, what if I know you probably have asked what if before, however, most people ask what if. In a negative way, right? So we ask, what if I fail? What if it doesn't work out? What if I get embarrassed? What if I get judged? what if everything just goes wrong? Right? Those are typically the questions that most people ask, but that simple question is what stops you? Because when you ask the question wrong. What if you are asking it in a way that you are already freezing yourself and expecting the worst to happen, what I want you to do that has opened so many possibilities for me in my mind and unlocked my fullest potential and helped me conquer limiting belief is asking the complete opposite. What if it works out? What if I actually succeed? What if I invest my time and my money into building this business? And it actually works out? What if I invest my time and my money in a program that's gonna help me grow? And it helps me grow. It helps me become the most confident version of myself. What if you start asking those type of questions? is going to open your mind to the possibility of things actually working out for you. So what I want you to do is just switch it instead of asking what if it doesn't work out? Ask what if it does work out? What this is gonna do, it is gonna actually give you excitement versus fear, right? When you ask those questions of what if it doesn't work out your body? Your body experienced that. So if you're asking yourself, what if I get embarrassed, let's say you wanna be a content creator and you're asking yourself, what if I show up online and nobody watches my video? Your body is literally going to experience that. You're gonna feel how it's gonna feel if nobody shows up online, and that is where you are going to take action from, versus if you ask yourself, what if I showed up online and I impacted somebody? I help somebody, I inspire somebody. What if my videos was seen by so many people? You are going to, again, your body is going to experience that feeling and that experience, that feeling is what is going to move you. It is gonna move you into the direction of your. Potential. It is gonna move you into the direction of you opening up. Opening up possibilities. It is going to open that up. That is exactly what. Asking that question, what if did for me before I became a content creator? Before I even put myself out online, I always wanted to be a YouTuber. I always wanted to create content. I always wanted to make an impact and do fulfilling work. However, I had this major fear of what if I get embarrassed? What if you know, people see me and they, you know, don't care about anything that I have to say. That was the things that I used to question myself with until I started questioning, Hmm, what if I actually help somebody with this? And that question alone is what moved me to actually say, you know what, let me just do it, because what if it works out right? What if it works out in your. Favor, whatever you expect you'll receive. If you are expecting great possibilities and you are seeking great possibilities for to happen for you, it will happen for you because whatever you see in your mind, you hold in your hand. Whatever you experience in your body, you experience in your reality and it will stop you. So ask that question, what if, but ask. The what if that you are probably not asking. What if it worked out? What if I succeeded? What if I didn't waste my time? What if people do wanna see me? What if, what if, what if? When you start to take action, there will always be a risk behind it. You risk failing. Yes, you risk succeeding. However, would you rather risk the possibility of things working out of you investing in yourself and you starting your business and you putting yourself out there? Would you rather risk the possibility of that happening? And what it gives you back in return, right? It gives you increased confidence. It gives you an improved self-esteem and self-image. It improves your identity, the person that you see yourself as. Instead of seeing yourself as a person who is incapable, you might start seeing yourself as a person who was more than capable, right? Instead of seeing your person, seeing yourself as a person who you know, nothing good happens for as a victim, you. Might see, start seeing yourself as a victor, as something that everything works out for as a lucky girl, right? You might start seeing yourself differently, and that's a possibility that would happen. Or would you rather. Bet on the what if it doesn't work out? And because you are so focused on that, it not working out, you failing, you get embarrassed, you don't take action whatsoever, and you risk these, you risk staying insecure for. You risk living in regret, wondering what if, what if I did that years ago? What if I didn't care what anyone think? Right? But now it's too late or you've risked never realizing your full potential. The possibilities that could have been for you, the opportunities that could have been for you. If I never decided to say, what, if I actually helped somebody, I would've never became a coach. Right. I would've never even thought that this was possible. I would've never became a speaker. I would've never been able to do that if I didn't allow myself to say, what if I can share my voice? And people, some people actually care what I have to say, and so I wouldn't be doing this. So what if it worked out? when you ask different questions, you get different results, so ask better questions. the second question that is going to help you unlock your potential, help you open your mind to new possibilities and crush limiting beliefs, is this question. This is one of my favorite questions. What is the worst that can happen? What is the worst that can happen, right? What is the worst that can happen if you decided to go and achieve your wildest dreams, if you decided to achieve this dream goal that you have in mind that seems. So scary. is the worst that can happen? Some of these things that people think of, again, you get embarrassed, you get judged, you lose time, you lose money. you fail. It doesn't work out. Yes, those are negative things that can happen, but you can always come back from it. That is something that has held me down It, it has helped me crush those limiting beliefs. It has helped me. Unlock more of my potential because I realize that I can always come back from it. What is the worst that can happen? The worst that can happen is you die, right? That's the worst case scenario, and more than likely the dream goals that you wanna achieve, putting yourself out there. Dying, God willing. That is not something that is going to happen from you doing that. What's going to happen is maybe you do get embarrassed, however, maybe you get challenged, you get uncomfortable, right? You get pushed past your limits. Sometimes you learn, you grow. You become more resilient, those are typically the things that do happen. Besides getting embarrassed, being judged, failing. Those are likely things that can happen when you take a risk to bat on yourself. But it is okay. For example, for me, I have failed. I started a reselling business. My first entrepreneurial journey was a reselling business, and it worked out in my favor, right? It worked out. I. I started making a full-time income within three months. I learned pretty quickly, and then I didn't wanna do it anymore. And then I wanted to start a, a dance business. I fell flat on my face. I failed. I was embarrassed. I didn't know what I was doing. I was too ahead of myself. I wasted thousands and thousands of dollars on building an app for the dance. I, I was ghosted before by dance teachers because I wasn't that popular or well known. And to be quite frank. It really shattered me, right? It broke me down. I got depressed. I felt like my world was over at that point because. I felt so embarrassed. I felt so unseen. I felt so overlooked. I felt so how can you do this to yourself? I felt all of those feelings. All of those feelings, but one thing that did not happen, I did not die. I did not die from any of that experience, but I felt, but guess what? You get back up right when you get down to the lowest possible because maybe you did experience a negative impact from you betting on yourself, that's likely, but what do you do? There's nowhere to go but up. You build yourself back up, you build more confidence in yourself, and you do it again. You don't quit. And that's exactly what happened. I took the lessons I learned from that, and I decided to, Hmm, I can start a business again. I did it before. I can do it. Again, I failed the second time. But okay, I can do it again. This is what happens when you ask yourself, what's the worst that can happen, right? when you realize you are not gonna die and that you can always come back, you can always come back from failure. You can always come back from embarrassment. You can always come back from judgment, right? Never allow those feelings, those experiences, to break you down to the point where you give up on yourself, Just allow it to give you a learning lesson. Build that resilience in you and you get back up and you go again. Right? Because you only fail when you quit. That's really it. You only fail when you quit and you can always come back. So one of the statements that I love to say to myself when I'm scared, when you know I wanna make an investment in myself that maybe costs a lot of money, or when I'm scared to put myself out there, when I'm scared to start something new, what I ask myself is this. Can I come back from it? I tell myself, there is nothing I cannot come back from besides death. That's it. So what is the worst that can happen? The third question to ask yourself that is going to help you again, unlock your potential, open your mind to possibilities and conquer limiting beliefs is you asking yourself, what can I do differently? Okay. Doing the same thing over and over and over again will give you the same result. This question right here has helped me become a woman who can pivot. A woman who is not stuck trying to do the same thing and expecting the same result. If you truly desire to be a goal achiever, if you truly desire. To change your life. If you truly desire to be better, to do better, to have better. If you truly desire to unlock your fullest potential, you have to be able to ask yourself, what can I do differently? How can I pivot? This is gonna open your mind to new possibilities. This alone is going to bring out the creator in you when you start thinking, when you start opening your mind. So there's a book that I'm currently reading and is called In Awe. And there was a part in a book where he was talking about a study that was done to test creativity in children. Right. And what happened is that. the professor, he took a paperclip and he asked the children, how many different ways can you use this paperclip? And each child came up with almost 200 different ways to use a single paperclip, that silver paperclip that you use 200 different ways. And when he did the test on adult, each adult only came up with about 10 to 15. Different ways. So why I share this is because the test was done and because he was trying to show us that children, when you tap into that inner child version of yourself, they're in their creative genius. They are tapped into their creativity, unlike adults where we constantly take our past results and we. Put that into our future results, right? We take our past results and we put that into our present. We believe that everything that happened before is gonna happen again. And what that does, it shut down our mind. It shut down our brain, it stops us from. Thinking about different possibilities that can take place, different possibilities that can happen. And because our brain doesn't like to work in overtime, our mind just tries to come up with the most logical answers. If you wanna be a goal achiever, you have to become illogical. You have to, this is gonna help you. Again, open your mind to possibilities is going to help you think of new pathways to achieve certain goals. If you just allow yourself to sit and think, okay, in my mind, there is one way to achieve this one goal, I want you to ask yourself, what are all the other different ways that you can do to achieve this one goal that is gonna help you open up your mind to more possibilities? I. So the fourth question that is going to help you unlock your potential open new possibilities for yourself and conquer limiting beliefs is asking yourself this amazing question. Who said this was true? Who said this was right? Who said this was wrong? Who made this rule? This is a great question to unlock and Lamming belief that you've been carrying for. Years that maybe you've gotten from people that you look up to, you've gotten from teachers, you've gotten from professors you've gotten from your family. What are limiting beliefs that you've been carrying with yourself for years, but it's blocking you from. Moving. It is blocking you from quantum leaping into the next stage of your life. It is blocking you from unlocking your potential because you have this limiting belief. But what if you ask yourself? Is this even true? Is it true? Is it true that I have to have so much money in a world to start investing or to start a business? Is it true that I have to be 20 years old or younger to start modeling? Is it true that you can only be an influencer? When you're young, is it true that you can only dance when you're young? Is it true that you only can make a certain amount of money if you're a man? Is it true that if you're a single mom, then you're doomed to struggle? Is it true? Nine times out of 10, nothing is true, right? Unless it's truth. Truth is things like gravity, the love of gravity, that is truth. It is never going to change, right? Life and death, that's truth, right? People are born and people die. That is truth. That is going to happen. That is not going to change unless God says. This change, right? That is true. True. If it's something that can change, if it's something that can evolve, if it's something that can be challenged, it is not true. There are so many beliefs that you are holding in your mind right now. But other people decided that this is not true for me. And they pushed past that. They pushed past those beliefs and they made their life into something that they want to look. They created their dream life. That is what is possible when you learn how to ask yourself, is this even true? If it's ever changing? If it can change, then it's only, it is only true if you believe it to be true. That is what limiting beliefs are. It is something that is holding you back that you've. Accepted and agree with in your heart that you dec decided to say like, this is true for me, right? This is true that you know, I'm a bad person. It is true that I'm a procrastinator. It is true that things don't work out for me, but. That's just stories that you're telling yourself, right? If you're telling yourself that story and you actually believe it and agree with it, then it is gonna be true for you because our reality is in our perception, right? Reality is in the eye of the beholder. So whatever you believe to be true is going to be true for you, but if it's limiting you, it is a limiting. Belief if it's restricting you from moving forward and unlocking possibilities, unlocking your greatest potential, that is just waiting to to come out. It is waiting to. You know, just be out there is waiting for you to show up. It is waiting for you to question certain beliefs that is keeping you stuck, that is holding you down. So ask yourself whatever belief that it is that has been holding you back from, moving you, from being an achiever, that's been keeping you at being a dreamer. Versus actually going into achieving your goal is keeping you stuck from feeling confident. Is keeping you stuck from feeling unstoppable. Then ask yourself, is this true? Because you can reject any belief that you do not want to be true for you, just reject it and the name of Jesus be like, Uhuh, I reject this. That is not true for me. Nope. Right. Rejections that I had to get over. Beliefs that I had to reject for myself was that it's hard to make money that you have to work really, really hard to make money, that you have to wake up at four or 5:00 AM every single day to be successful. No, that's exhausting. Like that is not true. Who the hell said that was true? Right? And so, but I believed that for so long, so that became my reality. So, reject the things that you don't want to be true. Ask yourself, is this even true? Because nine times outta 10. It is not truth. It is not truth whatsoever, and you can change it and you can open your door to possibilities and unlocking your potential. And that alone is you conquering limiting beliefs that's been holding you back. And that is going to help you create new beliefs about yourself. Now you're gonna be able to replace certain beliefs that's been holding you back with new beliefs. That is going to push you, that is going to keep accelerating your growth. So new beliefs. Over those old beliefs with asking simply is this true? And last question that is going to help you unlock your potential, open a door to so many possibilities for yourself and help you crush limiting beliefs. These are questions that I've asked myself that has helped me achieve multiple dream goals, and it can do the same for you. And so this last question is simply. Why not me? Why not me? Why not you? Right. Why not you? If this person can do it, so can you. I've asked myself this question, if that person can, you know, show up online confident and learn how to do this. So can I. It is that simple. If this person can, you know, be a single mom. And become Wally successful. So can I, why? Can you not? Right? If somebody can do it, why not you? Other questions to ask about yourself or why not you? Why not you be the person that changes the health and wealth of your family. Why not you be that person to break the generational? Patterns, right? Generational patterns that has been keeping your family in a financial destruction. Why not you be that person to go and learn financial literacy, to change the outlook of your family's life? Why not you be the person that changed the health, right? Start eating better and showing your family a new way of life, right? Why not you be that person? Why not you be the person who can teach from your failures and from your successes, and teach people to help people improve? Why not you use your voice to impact? Why not you be the person to do whatever it is that you've been telling yourself that you can't do, or you've been telling yourself that maybe it's impossible or that you're scared to do. Why not you? You think it's hard? Okay, but why not you if someone else can learn it? Why not you that is going to help you unlock your potential. That is going to help you open possibility. Because when you start asking why not me, guess what you start thinking, Hmm, what if, what if I did show up? Actually, what if I did put myself out there? What if, right? Changes the game. So why not you? This is a beautiful, beautiful question to ask yourself if you are ready to change your life, if you are ready to achieve certain goals, if you are ready to improve yourself. Image, especially because once upon a time you was not thinking, why not me? Get up and, you know, put on a beautiful dress and you know, like, go twirl around the house. Why not me go out and play? Right. There was a time when you were thinking that you were never thinking, why not me? Learn how to walk, learn how to crawl. However, there was a time when you started thinking that you're not good enough, or that people don't wanna see you, or people don't wanna hear you, or you're not important, right? But you can rebuild that self-image in yourself by. Asking Why not me? You're gonna stir that. I am good enough to do that inside of you, right? It is okay. And it's safe, so why not me? So ask these five questions. What if, what is the worst that can happen? What can I do differently? Who said that this was even true? Right? Who made the rules? And five, why not me? These are the five questions I ask myself all the time. Whenever I'm ready to go to a new level, whenever I wanna get uncomfortable, whenever I'm nervous, I ask myself. What if? What is the worst that can happen? Right? Who said this was true? Who said this was true? If I wanted to do something different, who said I had to stay this way? Why not me? And if something isn't working, what can I do differently, right? If I don't like it, if I wanna change something about myself, if I wanna change something about what I'm doing, if I wanna change, you know, an experience, what can I do differently? Ask in these five questions, will unlock your potential. Open your mind to possibilities and help you conquer limiting beliefs. These will get you in the position of rebuilding your confidence and your self image so that you can start moving from dreaming, just thinking about it to actually take an action. Achieving it, and I promise you, ultimately you will feel unstoppable. It is very unlikely, even if you fail. If you fail and you get back up because you realize that there is nothing you can't come back from, then you will feel unstoppable. And I'm only talking from personal experience.
