Hey ladies. Welcome back to Confident and Thriving Podcast with me, Cleopatra. Today I have something that I wanna go over with you and it is a mindset shift that has absolutely transformed how I see myself has absolutely transformed my self image, my confidence, and how I go after things. So there is something called a scarcity self-image and an abundant self-image. This is actually something that I came up with, because I realized that one of them is keeping you limited and the other one is going to help you thrive in the very things that you truly wanna thrive in and Really just moved with confidence. Okay, so today's video is to help you become aware of what you have available to you. Because there is not anything outside of you. Of course, we have outside forces, we have circumstances, there's life, there's people, there's so many things that can definitely hinder you, but you have so much within you that you may not even know yet, that you may not even realize yet, and I'm gonna share that with you today. Okay, so what is a scarcity mindset? Let's start there. So a scarcity mindset is a mindset, and we've all been here. So no judgment, but a scarcity mindset really looks like a more of a victim mindset. A mindset of feeling. Hopeless or looking at feeling like you can never get outta your circumstances. Like why is this happening to you? It can look like statements like, oh, I can't do that. I don't know how to do that. She can do that, but not me, or I can't learn this. And as you can see, there's not much to it, right? It is very plain and simple because it is limited. It's so scarce that it's not even much to go about it. It's really simply the mindset of mindset of that you don't have. Anything or you don't have much, right? So a scarcity self image is simply you just not being aware of your abundance, of what your abundance is. You either you're not aware of it or you have limited awareness. Okay. And again, we've all been there, right? We've all said, I can't do this. I don't know how to do that. I don't know that's not for me. Feeling like we've are a victim wondering like, why me? But let me give you what is an abundance? Self-image. All right. This is for you to just become aware of what you have. Alrighty. And so how I discovered an abundant self-image has, it was when during moments of praying. Crying and living in this like victim mindset and just wondering oh my gosh, like, why me? and I literally felt myself I didn't necessarily hear from God, but I felt my intuition in my stomach. Say if he never gave me anything else, he already gave me everything. And that woke me up. That woke me up to realize, okay, he gave me everything. And he absolutely don't need to give me anything else. Nothing else. And I will still be okay. And so what that made me sit down and do is take. Take note of my abundance, take note of what's available to me. So this is the, this is an abundant self-image, ladies, it's gonna help you thrive. I've shared this before, but I'm gonna share it again. Okay? So you as a human being alone, you have your entire body. You have so much that is available to you with you just being you. With you. Literally just being blessed with you, right? So you have a brain, you have eyes, you have hands, you have legs, you have a mouth, you have a mind. You have, what else did I say? You have ears. Okay? Now I know when I say these things. You may think okay, like everybody has that. Exactly. Mostly everyone has these, so a lot of times when. Everyone has it. It doesn't feel special. It doesn't seem unique. It doesn't, it seems like, okay, we all have it and it causes us to be blinded to the greatness, to the power that we have. We actually can sometimes take it for granted of what we have and we don't see what we have. So let's just start with your brain. I'm gonna just work it down. And as I say these things, I want you to think about how you can apply this to everything that you want to have in your life, right? If you want a better job, if you wanna start your business, if you don't want healthier relationships. If you wanna travel the world, like whatever it is that your heart desires, whatever dream that you want to achieve. I want you to think about like, how can you use all every resource that you have available to you to get what you want? All righty. So your brain, let's start there. Your brain has the ability to download anything. Your brain can download information, right? So instead of thinking, oh my gosh, I don't know what to do, guess what? You have a brain that can learn. You have a brain that can learn information that you need to transform your life. Your brain, as you are listening to this message, your brain is downloading the very message that I'm sending out your brain as you read. Your brain is downloading the messages that you need. To have in order to transform your life. Just like you learned how to drive a car. Just how you learn how to talk, just how you learn how to cook. You had to use your brain your brain had to be there, right? And so whatever goal, whatever dream that you have, instead of looking at it as I don't know how to do that. I just love, okay my brain can learn anything. So what can my brain learn? What do I need to learn? I can learn this simple. That alone is going to transform your life. Your brain can download anything. Just remember this. I can learn anything. If I don't know how to do something right now, guess what? I can learn it because I have a brain that was given to me. By and birth right as a baby. This is how babies learn how to walk. So your brain is one of your best resources. It can download anything. Okay, so now let's move to your eyes. Alright, this seems small. These are a small part of our bodies, but guess what? Your eyes can see, right? Your eyes can pick up a book and read the words that can transform your life, right? We learn through our brain and we can also learn through reading. We can see how we look. If you want to upgrade your self-image, you have eyes that can pick out clothes that you want. You have eyes that can, you can see yourself getting dressed in the morning and know that you're gonna walk out the house looking amazing. Let's say you wanna be a makeup artist, okay? You have eyes. You can see what you're doing. You have eyes that if you want to write a book, you can see the words that you're saying. These are small, but your eyes have power, right? Okay. Let's take a look at your mouth. Your mouth is one of your best resources along with your brain. Your mouth. The way you communicate, like communication is one of the best skill sets that you can learn. This is how you're able to transmute your value to communicate with others. This is how you can ask for more money, right? You can say, Hey, no, I want. 10 K more. You can go right now and ask your boss, Hey, can you, can I get a raise? Your mouth can change your life. Your mouth can. This is how people sing, right? Using their mouth and it makes them so much money. Your mouth can ask for what you want. More love, more deeds. Your mouth can come online. And give value to people and transform people's lives, and they pay you your mouth can come and influence others. Your mouth is of value. Your mouth is how you get to communicate your wisdom, how you get to communicate your value, this is how you get to transform your life. And that's something that I am sharing in my Queens launch. Okay? Communication. You get to speak life over yourself. You get to say affirmations all through your out. Imagine not being able to do these things when you, when negativity is happening, right? Imagine, you can probably say it in your mind, but imagine not being able to say it out loud. When you get to say things out loud, you can create life with that. Stick at your legs and your legs can take you to the gym. Your legs can literally put you in a car and take you across the world wherever you wanna go. Your legs can take you to the school that you wanna go to so you can learn what you need to learn. It gives you movement. Imagine not being able to move, right? your hands can write a book, can type up a book right now. Your hands can write a block. So many people make money with blogs. Your hands can cook if you wanna be a cook. If you wanna be a cook, if you wanna bake. Like your hands can do makeup on people. Your hands can make yourself beautiful by doing your hair. If I didn't have hands, I wouldn't have been able to make my hair look like this today to feel beautiful, Your ears can learn. Your ears is like it learns, transmit to your brain, right? Your ears can learn. What I'm teaching right now, you are taken in through your ears, through your hearing, and so as I'm saying this, it might not register fully. I hope that it is, but it may not register fully as okay, like these are still like, small things. No, think about it in the big picture, right? If you want a business, if you want a business, you have everything within you. And then let's not forget your mind. Sorry. Let's go back to your mind. Your mind is your spiritual resource that was given to you that can create, this is where your imagination lives, your imagination, like everything that was created, this water bottle, this tablet, a book, this mic that I'm speaking on, the computer that I'm recording on this was all created in the mind of someone else. So your mind is so powerful. Your mind has, your mind is everything, and that's in you that was given to you. So out of all the things that I mentioned, your everything that you have can transform your life, right? And different ways you may not use everything at the same time. But I want you to think about your goals. Let's go back to, let's say you have a business that you want to start. Okay? You can learn how to start the business. You can use, you use like the idea to start your business came through your mind. You can create your products in your mind first. Imagine. Your mind first, use the visualization to empower you, to activate you first, and then you use your hands maybe depending on what kind of product it is to create. If it's candles, if it's lipstick use your eyes to see it. You use your mouth to sell it or your hands to type it to sell it. Hello. Everything was within you already. Nothing else was outside of you. Nothing, of course like I said, there's other factors, but everything is inside of you already. Okay. So what problem are you having right now that maybe you are thinking that it is outside of yourself? What problem are you having? And what is a desire of your heart right now that you want to have, that you want to achieve, and you feel like you don't know how to do it, or you feel like you know you can't learn it? Again, I want you to go back to abundant self image. This is you simply just thinking more highly of yourself. Like I have everything within me to become who I wanna be. Do what I wanna do, have what I wanna have. Like everything is already within you. And if you can download, if you can do a mindset shift of I have everything within me, you are gonna be unstoppable. You are gonna be unstoppable. 1000% this mindset shift literally. Has helped me unlock my potential, has helped me discover possibilities and create my own opportunities in life. Instead of and if. If you feel like you can't ask for something created if someone is not giving you something created, This mindset shift has helped me get hope again when all things felt hopeless. It took me from feeling like a victim to feeling like a victim over my circumstances. And you can do the same for you. And any moment in time where you are feeling small, where you are feeling that, oh my gosh, like everything is outside of me. Ask yourself for, ask, tell yourself, not ask yourself. Tell yourself I have everything within me to get out of this. It is not outside of you. You get to learn how to become confident and the things that you want to do is available to you. Everything that you have within you is available to you. Okay. And so that's you going from a scarcity self-image to an abundant self-image. It's just taking note of your resources, what is available to you as it pertains to your desires, whatever you desire to have, how can you get, how can you get it right? How can you get it, how can you achieve it with everything that you have? If. You never got anything else just think about it. If God never gave me anything else, what do I have? What has he given me? Because he gave me everything. What can I do? Okay, and so this mindset alone is going to. Help you thrive ladies is going to help you thrive. It's gonna help you move in confidence and just be responsible and take ownership of you, the amazing you. All righty, ladies.
