Show Notes

Soshy Adelstein is the owner of Embody Nutrition. She's an incredible, genuine, caring, deep and raw human being....and you know I love people like that! I think you're going to fall in love with her too.

We talk all things FOOD today in the episode. She shares her journey through binge eating, emotional eating, and finally -- intuitive eating. I think her perspective on sugar and diets are a breath of fresh air. I'm curious to hear if you think the same thing! You'll have to drop me a DM on IG to let me know.

If you've been listening to the podcast for long, you know that I had a not-so-nice relationship with food, too. I, too, was a binge eater and even struggled with bulimia for a bit. I've had an emotional relationship with food for...well forever, and I used food as a coping mechanism. So...yeah. I needed this episode! As I mention in the into, food & I have  made a lot of progress over the years and most days I feel like I came out victorious. But, then there are days when all my past habits seem like a much easier option and I forget all I've learned. I guess it's balance, right? I tell you this because I want you all to know that it's okay to not have it all figured out just perfectly. There are some listeners out there who (like my husband) can't relate to this episode even for a second because food has always just been fuel. But, those people have their own battles too -- because we've all got that something.

Go on and crush it this week ladies! I want you all to reach out to Soshy in one way or another. Follow her on FB and IG, or reach out and schedule a call with her. I suggest the latter, of course.
