I've always felt that since I'm always on the go, meditation just ins't for me.

I tried it a few times [sorry Headspace!} -- but it never felt right.

Plus, I've got SO MUCH TO DO! Who can sit there for 20 minutes and not mentally scan your do-to list??

Well, Maya says that she knows a secret to meditation that even the busiest of busy people will love.

In fact, she's one of those types of people.

She's the former [burnt out] CTO of a start up and is currently running her own tech advising company where she has several active clients. She's also the co-founder of The Spring Meditation.
