Dr. Caitlin Casella is a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach who specializes in robust fitness throughout the lifespan. Her clinic in New York City teaches women in middle age and older adults with osteoarthritis and osteopenia/osteoporosis how to increase bone density, decrease fall risk, manage pain, and improve strength, power, cardiorespiratory fitness, and metabolic health. A life-long mover, and yoga teacher for 15 years before venturing over to the clinical side, Dr. Casella embraces embodied movement in all forms.
