Day For It: The Surf Boat Podcast.

It's a podcast celebrating the sport of surf boat rowing and boaties in general and it's the official podcast of the Australian Surf Rowers League (ASRL).

In this first episode of Season 1, Natasha Tunney and Dan Demaria sit down with ASRL President, Nick Sampson and talk about his journey to the Aussie podium from chilly Britain via Avalon Beach SLSC and preview the events for upcoming Season 2022/23 which promises to be a cracker. 

Natasha and Dan were also lucky to be joined by Gus Worland - TV and radio personality, founder of GotchaForLife and the 24 Hour Row and best friend of Hugh Jackman aka "Wolverine". Gus is a fantastic friend of surf boats and an engaging and open promoter of mental fitness and we have been fortunate to have him discuss ways we can support our family and friends in the pursuit of mental fitness after the recent Gotcha4Life 24 Hour Row.
