Dr. Burrows is one of the leading Medical Directors in PACE and worked with Upham's PACE since the programs inception in 1996. Among others, Dr. Burrows has acted as chair of NPA medical leadership committee, board member of NPA board of directors, and chair of the rural PACE ethics committee.
