The attached mediation and/or journey drumming is presented so that you can sit back, lay back or assume a meditation pose and listen to the many, many voices that are part of my Bear Drum Freyja. Begin you journey at your favorite spot, or, walk into the forest until you see the Ancient Lodge of the North where the Grandfathers, Grandmothers, Shamans, Healers, Tall People and our Ancestors can be found.
