This episode we discuss the kids getting ill. The frequency, the spreading of them amongst the family, the random bugs they seem to pick up all the time! We discuss tips when it comes to rashes and dehydration. Always listen to your gut and trust your instinct as a mum when it comes to your little ones. We do also delve a bit deeper into the times when our kids have been to hospital with more serious things as apposed to the typical bugs.
