S1, E8 - Creating a Successful Freelance Writing Career Following Redundancy with Jonathan Bean
Jonathan shares how redundancy enabled him to create a successful freelance writing career and build a pipeline of clients along the way. During this time Jonathan has helped many charities successfully apply for grants and fundraise to achieve great outcomes within the community.
Outside of work Jonathan has also successfully ran over 20 marathons and shares tips about resilience and living a satisfying life. He states:
“The world is not all rainbows, unicorns and glitter, it can be tough. When it's tough the easiest thing to do is stop running…….Get through the problem not out of it”
Following a chance meeting with Vicki Main (Viscosity Host) in the Isle of Wight they are now co-authoring a book together which will be released soon to help people become unstuck (viscosity) to achieving escape velocity (giving yourself permission to break free from the gravitational pull of everything holding you back and living your best life on your terms).
