S2, E9: Embracing Change and Growth as a Learning Opportunity with Debra Conrad
Debra Conrad is the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile Product Director for the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at Eckerd College in the United States. Debra joined the LDI team during the summer of 2018 and handles practitioner support, client relations, marketing and business development for the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP).
Prior to Eckerd, Debra was a member of the Orlando, Florida-based Japanese Operations department at Golf Channel (an NBC Sports Group/NBCUniversal company) for over 21 years in the roles of director, manager and interpreter/commentator assistant.
A graduate of Bucknell University, Debra earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese studies with an educational psychology minor. As a participant of the Associated Kyoto Program, Debra attended Doshisha University in Kyoto for one year while living with a Japanese host family. Later, she returned to Japan as a senior high school assistant language teacher for the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. Debra currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband, Chris.
Debra shares insights into her TV and educational career as well as tips for maintaining a growth mindset.
