Tim’s roles at L'Oréal include Global Domain Leader Operations Finance Transformation in Paris and SVP Finance Corporate Operations, the Americas Zone. He was promoted several times and responsible for providing overall financial leadership, planning and strategy for 14 manufacturing plants and 35 distribution centres located in 13 countries in the America's Zone. In addition to managing and piloting significant operating and capital expenditure budgets which run into billions of U.S. dollars, Tim was functionally responsible for over 70 finance professionals.
