An anthropologist was recently asked to characterize how the modern dad has changed over the last 50 years. He referenced the desire to be a true co-parent, providing nurture and care, as well as the instinctive capability to embrace fatherhood rather than the need to learn off others. Dads come in many forms and fulfill their role in a myriad of ways.
In this episode of the How Podcast, Nick Guidera chats to Ravi Rudner, Founder of Village Chiropractic Manly & Chiropractor to the stars, podcast host, mental health ambassador and a Dad making a difference to other dads.
Ravi shares his story about his quest to contribute more than his qualification, his views on wellbeing, and why the modern dad doesn’t have it easy. Ravi speaks about his own experience as a father, his desire to do more and provides some terrific advice on improving the lives of those impacted by stress and mental health challenges. Ravi also details his experience in creating a space for Dads to learn from each other and be better versions of themselves.
