The Leader

What makes a good leader? Are they born with leadership qualities or do they grow as one matures. Are the qualities easy to spot as early as the school playground or will life events shape the skills required for an experienced leader?

In todays world - leadership roles whether they are political, religious, community or corporate are scrutinized, admired, envied and occasionally short lived.

My guest today is a part of a new generation of leadership. One that embodies integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy, and gratitude.

Not everyone is cut out to enter a well established industry in a brand with over 70 years of history, that is synonymous with royalty and lead from the front. But my guest did just that.

She also has had accomplished brand roles in global luxury brands, won awards for her teamwork, is most likely very handy with MYOB and raised 3 primary school aged boys all at the same time.
