Miskwa is a clown touched by madness and prophecy, practising whole sign astrology and trained in the Marseille tarot by garage rock musician King Khan, who was mentored by surreal filmmaker Alejandro Jodorowsky, who studied and restored the original Marseille tarot with help from descendants of the family who printed the original decks. Now Miskwa the MAD clown through circumstance and coincidence brings the power of these powerful stories to Pow Wows and community events across Indigenous territories.
