This month, we are pleased to speak to Chris Pitman, Associate Broker for Royal LePage Benchmark in Calgary. Chris is very involved in the practical operations of the FINTRAC compliance program at the brokerage level and offers some of his real-world experience with the outworking of FINTRAC regulations. We discuss FINTRAC from the REALTOR®-client perspective, as well as from the brokerage perspective, including the experience of going through a FINTRAC assessment.
