Charles R. Bernard is a writer who lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. His work has been featured in Thuggish Itch and the Weird and Whatnot, and in the anthology “Peaks of Madness” from Forty-Two Books. He resides next to Salt Lake City Cemetery; a sprawling necropolis whose tombs and markers stretch out over a square kilometer of grounds. Charles is lively enough company, though.
Charles and I have a shotgun conversation on a dozen different topics, we talk about charity and the Church of Satan, and food, and also of course we talk about writing horror. We get deep into politics and personal philosophies in a fascinating way.
Our intro music is "Dire Choir" by the Bad Ties off their album "Random Home Movies.
