Mark Eckerle
Mark is an auditing professional specializing in the technology and emerging growth industry with client concentrations in digital media services, SaaS, digital currency, blockchain technology, and distributed ledgers. He has extensive experience working with revenue recognition issues, complex equity transactions, stock-based compensation and accounting treatment of digital currencies.
Mark is a team leader of Withum’s Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and ICO Services Team and liaison to various organizations including Wall Street Blockchain Alliance and Accounting Blockchain Coalition. Mark is an active member of the Firm’s Technology and Emerging Growth Services Group and the author of numerous articles and a frequent presenter at workshops and seminars on digital currency and blockchain technology.
