A Peace Corps volunteer has to deliver a fecal sample to the medical office. However, the volunteer is "robbed."
Chinese Take Out
The Peace Corps Volunteer Craig had been in Honduras for eight months. He’d felt sluggish and feverish for weeks. The Peace Corps nurse had asked him to give her a sample of his stools when he got up in the morning. Then she made him promise to deliver it to the medical office A.S.A.P. She had even provided him with a stool sample box. The volunteers referred to them as Chinese Take Out because they resembled the white cardboard boxes. The foldable white waxed boxes. They even had the wire handles you carried them with.
Craig did as instructed and rode his Peace Corps issue bicycle to the medical office. He also held his box as far as he could from his body. All of a sudden a thief ran by and grabbed the box. Eventually Craig started laughing after he realized what had just transpired.
He trudged up to the medical office with a smile on his face, got another stool sample box and he shook his head in disbelief.
"I'll bet that guy really hates Chinese food from now on."
