Seer 365

In this episode of the Seer 365 Sessions, we are delighted to be joined by Daniel Garcia from ClickLearn. We will be discussing how companies today dedicate tremendous amounts of money, time, and resources into implementing new software. Still, the training of the actual end users is taking a backseat. Training is not a one-time event or a top-down filter of knowledge to a few key power users within the company.

A new approach to training is more important than ever, as training is the primary factor in driving user adoption and making an implementation project a success. Training today should empower the end-users in the moment of need, support different learning styles, take localization of the remote workforce into account and be always kept up-to-date with the rapid software release cycles.

Thanks for listening - we hope you found it as interesting as we did!
