Before my health journey, I lived in constant hustle mode—14-hour days, nonstop productivity, and physical activity as my only “hobby.” But when chronic illness forced me to slow down, healing became my full-time job… and honestly? That hyper-focus kept my nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight and drove my stress levels (and cortisol levels) even higher. This episode is for anyone who feels trapped in symptom scanning, anxious thoughts, negative thoughts, or feelings of isolation—and wants a powerful way to create a safe space inside their daily lives again.

In this episode, we’ll cover:

  • Why the benefits of hobbies go way beyond “fun” (think: stress reduction, release of dopamine, improved mental well-being, and better emotional recovery)
