Taylor Schoen is a mental health therapist in Lincoln, NE where she helps individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She's also a wife of six years to her husband Justin and mother to two girls, Hazel and Molli. Taylor tells Trevor about her experiences as a therapist working with trauma, abuse, and shares stories from her sessions. She also tells her approach to self-care, work-life balance, and being a part-time stay at home mom. And she shares one thing she enjoys to help her relax.
