Triple threat Ben Gibson joins us to discuss the important work he does in the community. Not only is he a Celebrant, he is also a End-of-Life Doula and Funeral Director. Ben is often invited into a family space at one of their most vulnerable times, and it's often a space which is unfamiliar for them and something they haven't had to be involved in before. Ben discusses how he assists navigating this unfamiliar territory by providing guidance, suggestions, and insights. He explains how he supports them by normalizing the experience and breaking it down into parts so its easier to understand and provide clarity.
