Welcome back to Real Talk With Reginald D. I'm your host, Reginald D. Today's episode is a wake up call for your next level. It's time to get your act together. Today we're going to have one of those conversations that might sting a little bit, but it's going to set you free in a big way. Because I want to talk to somebody who knows deep down it's time to get your act together. Yeah, I said it and I'm saying it with love. But I'm also saying it with urgency. Because too many of you are living beneath your potential, beneath your calling, beneath the level you know you're capable of. Today we're going to fix that. Let's talk now. I need you to listen to me. There comes a moment in your life and maybe this is that moment for you when you're fed up with your own excuses. You get tired of hearing yourself say, I'm going to start tomorrow. I don't have time. I'm waiting for the right moment. I'm not ready. I don't know where to begin. You know what all that is? It's noise, distractions, delays and comfort. There is never going to be a perfect moment for you to change your life. I need you to know that. There is only now. There is only today. Sometimes God isn't the land your blessing. You are. And you keep praying for things you're not preparing for. You want the breakthrough, but you're not doing the breaking. You want the victory, but you're not fighting the battle. You want a new chapter, but you're still reading the same old page. It's going to rewrite itself. If you're waiting for a sign, this is a sign. It's time to get your act together. Let me say something that might hit home. Most people aren't stuck because life is hard. Most people are stuck because they won't tell the truth about why they're stuck. You're not stuck because you're not capable. You're stuck because you're not committed. You're not stuck because you don't know what to do. You're stuck because you won't do what you know. You're not stuck because of your past. You're stuck because you're still living in your past, feeding it, replaying it, letting it speak louder than your faith. Let me tell you something. Self honesty is the first step to self mastery. You cannot fix what you won't face. You cannot heal. What you want to meant is hurting. You cannot elevate the same Habits that keep you average. If you want a new life, you need a new level of honesty. Ask yourself, what am I avoiding? What am I afraid of? What am I holding on to that's weighing me down? What version of me needs to go so the new version can grow? Because sometimes the only thing that keeps you from leveling up is you. Listen to me carefully. Accountability is not punishment. It's power. The moment you stop blaming your childhood, your parents, your ex, your job, your circumstances and your lack of support, that's the moment you take your power back. You're not a victim. You're not powerless. You are not stuck unless you decide to stay stuck. Your life is your responsibility. Your peace is your responsibility. Your healing is your responsibility. Your growth is your responsibility. Nobody's coming to save you. But you don't need a savior. God already equipped you with everything you need. You just need to use it. Sometimes you're praying for God to open up a door and God is waiting for you to walk toward the door. The blessing is not going to chase you down while you sit in a place you've been sitting for years. Faith without action is just a wish your dreams cannot live in. Almost one day. When life settles down. After I get through the season, when I feel ready. You know what one day means? It means never. Unless you change it. You keep waiting on the right conditions to start. But I need you to know that growth never comes in the right conditions. Growth comes from chaos, discomfort, uncertainty, inconvenience and hard seasons. You don't grow on the mountaintop, you grow in the valley. I need you to remember that. So stop waiting for the perfect timing. Stop creating momentum. Your future self is watching you and they're begging you. Please don't quit. Please get it together. Please level up so I can exist. Let's talk about something deep. Some of you don't let discipline. You let healing you self sabotage because you don't think you are worthy. You don't think you deserve good things. You think success is for other people. You think failure defines you. You're still carrying shame nobody even remembers. But you let me set you free. You deserve peace. You deserve joy. You deserve success. You deserve overflow. You deserve a life you dream about, but you can't receive what you continue to reject eternally. Getting your act together is not just bad habits. It's about healing old wounds. So stop living from a broken place. Because broken foundations can't hold big blessings. Motivation is great. I speak it every day. But motivation without structure is wasted energy. If you Want a better life? You need better systems. You cannot elevate risk, random effort, inconsistent habits, emotional decisions, undisciplined routines. You need to get organized. Mentally, spiritually, emotionally, financially. Let me give you a simple formula. Remove distractions. You can't build a new life with over noise. Set real goals with real deadlines. A goal without a deadline is just a dream. Stop hanging around people who drain you. You can't grow in a circle that benefits from you staying small. Build habits that match the life you want, not the life you have. Somebody needs to hear this right now. You are not behind. You are not too old. You are not too broken. You are not too foregone. You are not disqualified. You are not forgotten. You are right where you're supposed to be to learn what you need to learn so you can become who you're meant to become. But you can't stay there. God's timing is perfect. And God's timing still requires your participation. Jeremiah 29, verse 11, chapter didn't say, I will prosper you while you sit still. It said, God has a plan. A plan still requires your movement. You're not a passenger in your own life. You are the driver. You set the direction. You choose the speed. You decide when to stop, what to turn, when to accelerate. Stop surrendering your power to fear, procrastination, insecurity, old habits, old identities, other people's opinions. Your next season requires a different version of you. A stronger version, a focused version, a disciplined version, a healed version, a confident version. And that version of you is already inside of you, waiting for permission to show up. Give yourself permission. Listen to me. You don't need a perfect plan. You just need a starting point. You don't have to fix everything today. You just have to fix something. You don't have to climb the whole mountain right now. You just have to take a step. Small steps. Create big shifts. Every day, wake up and ask yourself, what can I do that my future self will thank me for? And then do it. Not next week, not next month, not when you feel like it now. A new you starts today. And I want you to know this. You are powerful. You are capable. You are chosen. You are gifted. You are built for greatness. You are built for more. But greatness doesn't come to the person who waits. Greatness comes to the person who decides. I'm done playing small. I'm done making excuses. I'm done running from myself. Greatness comes to the person who says, today I'm getting my act together. And when you do, life will meet you at your level of effort. Your purpose will open up, your opportunities will multiply, your strength will rise, your faith will deepen, and your future will finally look like what you pray for. I'm going to leave you with this. I believe in you. But more importantly, God believes in you. And now it's time for you to believe in you. Get your act together, because the best version of your life is waiting on you to show up. If today's message hits home, share it with someone who needs to hear Just today.
