To help us sort through all of this, I'm extremely pleased to welcome Mr. Michael Monk to our show. World-renowned healer and teacher of spirituality, metaphysics, and energy mastery with a focus on devotion to God. His journey began in 1999 when he spontaneously received a powerful communication from the voice of God, followed by many experiences of reality, bending miracles through prayer. Seeking to understand the mechanisms behind these miracles, he exper these experiences led him to the arts of spiritual energy mastery. Guided by the Holy Spirit, Michael quickly obtained a very high level of conscious understanding and demonstratable abilities, including a telekinetic influence over the elements. He created the Avatar Energy Mastery Institute in 2011, which is an online school where thousands of people from all over the world have been able to successfully study and train in the arts of healing, clairvoyance, out-of-body travel, telekinesis, and the mastery of mind and body. So let's start out, let's start out talking about your story, your personal story, and how you got to this point.

Sure thing. Uh I can do a three-minute, six-minute, or like a ten minute. Which which version would you like?

Well, whichever whichever version you land on, you know, it doesn't matter.

Perfect. Yeah. Roll with the heart. That that that's what I like. Yeah. Okay, so yeah, all of this happened in in this winter of 1999 for a little backdrop. I was raised Christian in the Mormon faith, but I was the first to rebel and say, I want nothing to do with this. Basically, I I wasn't seeking at all. So it just happened to me. I'm watching a comedy movie when I feel this presence. Uh didn't know what energy was at the time, but it came in through the top of my head, sat in the center of my mind, and then I hear a voice in in my eardrums, and and I could sense it like a type of telepathy through my mind. It was audible and telepathic. And it said, Stop laughing, turn the TV off, stand up. And so I did, and I was like, okay. I did that, and I was curious who or what was talking to me. My grandfather had passed away recently. So I asked it, grandfather, is that you? And the voice says, Yes. And then I get this energy flood through me like electricity, head to toe, champagne bubbles of bliss, hairs rising on their end, a feeling that I've come to call the Holy Spirit. And then it it it it's it gave me like a posture, like it's inside my body, and it's like you're missing something. So I said, Cousin Jason, are you there? My cousin had died, and the and the same voice said, Yes, and I get the champagne bubbles of bliss, the electricity, hairs standing on their end. And so then I said, Okay, you're my grandfather and you're my cousin. I'm confused. And then it opened up my my inner vision, my third eye, although I didn't know what one was at the time, and I saw a massive host of humanoid-shaped light beings, I don't know if it was thousands, millions, massive, all speaking together as one singular, united voice. It was then that that my inner being, my heart, knew what I was talking to. So I addressed it as God, and it was pleased and said, You have finally met me. You can ask me any question you want. So we dialogued for about two hours, the nature of which wasn't important because all I knew to ask was Bible-related questions, and it kept leading me towards something that I wasn't ready to hear or or understand yet. Fast forward two weeks, I was on fire and reading the Bible, doing doing what I could, and although the voice of God departed, or I wasn't audible anymore, I had this relationship with the Holy Spirit to where it would answer yes or no, or it would reward correct thought or penalize incorrect thought. So the the yes or the reward for correct thought would be that Holy Spirit champagne bubbles of bliss, the the elation feeling, and a no or a warning for incorrect thought was a flight-fight feeling in the belly, adrenal sensation. So, with that relationship with the Holy Spirit, I was able to pick things out of the Bible, understandings that aren't traditional, such as reincarnation and many other things. So I'm I'm home alone when I experienced my first miracle, and I had a bad accident. I got stabbed in my left eye really deep with a sharp object. And I go into the bathroom to examine the wound, I'm bleeding, and eye fluid is is leaking out. So I lost my eye, like eye gone. And when I realized that, my right eye tears up and now I'm blind. Now I can't see. And it's strange enough that the darkness from the blindness gave me a sense of calm, and a little voice seemed to say, Well, Michael, you talked to God two weeks ago, why not pray? So I got down on my knees and prayed in the way that I knew how, exact words. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, let my eye be healed. The moment I stopped said those words, my whole body just vibrated, and I get out of the prayer posture. I look in the mirror, the blood is gone, the the eye fluid is gone, the eye is perfectly healed, the tears are gone, but from right here from the center of my forehead, a thin stream of blood was running down. I wipe it off, and there's no wound on my forehead to excuse the blood. So that that was my first miracle, and and I was jaw-dropped. It was a mixture of fear and awe, excitement, confusion, not knowing what to do next, who who would believe me? Like, where do you go with this? I just experienced a biblical level miracle, instantaneous healing of an open flesh wound. I mean, that's significant. And uh so I was extra doubly on fire now. I healed two other incurable diseases that I had, the nature of which is a bit private, so I I don't want to share that.

But two issues that that I had that are not traditionally curable by by medicine were healed overnight. So over the course of eight years, this is what I had. I tried to make religion work. I went to the Mormon church, I told them about my miracle, I told them about the understandings that that God was giving me about the Bible uh through the Holy Spirit, and basically they rejected. They rejected all of my experience uh and and all of my uh intuitions and you know everything that that I was on, you know, religion, they they put themselves between you and God. There's always a man between you and God. So I had the courage. I was just like, you know what? I I think I know God better than all of you, every single one of you. Like, I'm just gonna go ahead and trust what I'm feeling. So I so I departed from the church, and uh my family was really concerned about me. At the time, I had no way to prove I didn't have the skills that I have now. I I can show people things now. So back then my family was really worried about me, and the MO was Michael needs to stop praying all the time, he needs to stop reading the Bible all the time, and he just needs to work. So that that's what I was doing, and it was around 2008, and uh well exactly 2008, I got a premonition from the Holy Spirit about 2012. People were talking about 2012 in the Mayan calendar, and Holy Spirit vibrated within me, like to say there's something there, you know, you know, look it up. So I I did a Google on 2012, and David Wilcock popped up, and he's given a talk, and I'm getting Holy Spirit confirmation of truth in what he's saying, and he kept quoting from a book called The Law of One, which is a channeling by an entity that calls itself Ra, and says that it's in service of the One Infinite Creator, and it talks about metaphysics and the nature of reality in the channelings. In one chapter in particular, it's talking about that we experience a physical reality, but that isn't the foundational truth, that everything is from a source field of energy, is waveform and vibration, and that our senses decode these vibrations into a reality that we experience. And as I read it, I understood it here in the mind, and I understood it here in the heart, like really deep. And as soon as I did, just zang, body vibrates so fast, and the voice of God, which had been silent for years, said, Good, Michael, now go outside and get away from people. So I went out back in the parking lot, got away from people, and as soon as I stopped walking, everything started rippling, like just like heat coming off the blacktop on a summer day, except there was rainbow hues of light just everywhere. And my heart knew this place. Like, like I was like, I've been here before. Not only that, but I know what to do. I didn't know what a heart chakra was at the time, but that's what I did. I opened my heart chakra, and and as I did, the rippling rainbow energy from out there came into my body, and the next thing I know, my body's rippling like rainbow light. I remember looking at my hands and they're fluctuating and rippling. I can see right through them. I remember looking down through my chest, through my hips, could see the pavement beneath, and I was in awe, but then I got afraid and I said to myself, what if I can't re-materialize? As soon as I had that thought, I got slammed back into my physical perception, my heart's beating out out of the chest, where just a moment ago I didn't even have a heart, but now I'm back in physicality, and yeah, I didn't I didn't know what what to do. I had this sense that I was one with everything, but I didn't know where to go. And uh about two years passed after that, and during these two years, I it was a mixture of cursing myself as a coward because my fear interrupted what seemed to be an invitation to the heavenly state, and I I was seeking through practices of meditation to open that back up again, and I finally did, and it was interesting the way that that I did it. I I teach this practice now in lessons of clairvoyance. It's like to obtain a spiritual focus, you do the opposite of focus, you focus on nothing, don't focus on anything, and it's just like a catatonic state. And when I did that, I see the rippling energy return, not quite with the force uh that the God-fueled experience gave, but I could see energy everywhere in the air, on the walls. I could see that my body was emanating energy. So my clairvoyance was now open, whereas before God showed me something miraculous, but now I I have the doorway myself. This is when I started developing my my awakening techniques for uh for about a year straight. All I did was open my clairvoyance and play in the energy and use a scientific type method to make sure I wasn't hallucinating, you know, to test my experiences. And it was how does the energy respond to my thoughts? What happens if I point my finger and project my consciousness? What happens if I form a triangle or a square with my mind, you know, all these different tests and taking notes about how the energy behaves. So this is when another profound shift happened. Um I'm laying on my bed and doing my favorite thing, which is opening up the energy. And when you do this, you can actually see your breath. It ripples like a clear dragon's fire. It's very amazing. And I was just enjoying that when from the center of my heart, like so deep in there, a different part of me came through and borrowed my voice box. And I found myself speaking these words. I said, I am not the physical body, I am the light that flows out of it. And as soon as I stopped speaking those words, all the energy in the room collapsed into me like a dying star going supernova and exploded back out, except my mind, my consciousness went with it. So previously I was this tiny little being of energy in a vast ocean of energy. Now I was the source of the energy that I was seeing, and my conscious mind felt it the same way that I feel my body as a part of myself. And that's when I realized within days after that that I was naturally telekinetic. Like that the wind would respond to me, I can make it blow or stop or change directions, I could stare at the clouds, make them disappear or or reappear, or alter the weather, or cause the sun to come out. Um, another demonstration that I do on YouTube is still fingers in water projecting the energy, and the water just keeps rippling, rippling, rippling, even though my fingers are still, and I'd say the most important ability that that I had innately from this shift was to be inside of somebody else's body and my body at the same time, so so that I could actually light their spirit up inside of their body and cause them to feel what I feel. So it was then that I realized I had something to teach. This wasn't my own private little magical world anymore. I could actually demonstrate something to people. So I started uploading demonstrations to YouTube and got a podcast interview and built my Avatar Energy Mastery Institute in in 2011. Uh for eight years, I taught thousands of people from from all over the world, got got a lot of traffic going. I started a movement. I was either the first or or one of the first to upload valid demonstrations of real metaphysical spiritual abilities, including healing, telekinesis, and other things. And now there's like hundreds, thousands of people doing it, and a lot of them probably studied, you know, through through my institute. I know a lot of the big practitioners did. Right. Fast forward, uh, we're at 2019 when I experienced my fall from grace that I state publicly in my bio, I have nothing to hide. I view my whole journey as a lesson to share with people. Basically, after releasing the Institute, I lost my focused devotion to God and I got wrapped up in self-empowerment. And I started exposing myself to philosophies and people, more importantly, that don't believe in an external God. They say God's inside you, you are God. And I started buying into that, and I was experiencing advancements in my self-empowerment to where I would experience things to back that up, to get experiential data. And I I rolled with it, I embraced it completely, and that's when when all the really bad stuff happening, what I call spiritual warfare. And I could summarize it now, looking back with the hindsight being 2020. And what happens when you believe that you yourself are God and there is no God outside of you? Like attracts light, you know, the law of uh of attraction. So you attract other entities, other beings that believe the same thing. And what do you think happens when two beings are in the same space with that belief? They fight. That's what happens. And it's people hear spiritual warfare and they go, Oh, that sounds safe. Sounds better than going to Vietnam and fighting a war. Well, it's it's not, it's it's not only a fight for your life, it's a fight for your mind and your soul. Yeah, what they're trying to do is eject you from your physical body, take over your nervous system, and have you become another puppet for them to play, and now you're harvested into their god-awful realm and probably are going to be tortured for who knows how long for daring to fight back. Well, it just so happened that I was built for spiritual warfare. I was just like a fish released in the water for the for the first time. It was scary how good I was at it. And so they that wasn't really so much the problem, it was who I became from taking part in such spiritual violence like that. I I went dark. I wouldn't say I was I was evil. I I have a pure heart, but uh, but I went dark for a while and lost everything in my life. My my social media channels, my my YouTube, my websites, most of my students, my family distanced from me, and most important, my soulmate separated from me. So even though I I I had won my my spiritual war, they were scared of me. And I don't mean that in in a in an egotistical way. It's really actually not something that I'm proud of. I had peace finally, where every night was an attack like droves of spirits. Finally, I had peace. And in that peace, my sanity started re-reassembling bit by bit. And my woman reached out out to me and she had turned to God. Um, and she reminded me that, Michael, don't you remember who woke you up? You're a man of God, you know, what happened to you? So I said, okay, okay. Maybe in light of all I've experienced, I will give this a try. Even though all these dark, ugly beings, they also called themselves God, I will give this a try. So I prayed and I expanded my energy and I said, if there's something greater than me, let me know. Just so much love, so much bliss and peace, hairs, champagne bubbles of bliss. Like just wow, God was there. And I would say that God forgave me my self-assertions that I was God, but there was nothing to forgive. It was just like a father hugging his long-lost son, and that was all there was to it.

And so I I surrendered. And from that moment on, I've devoted all of my energy mastery, all of my extrasensory perception. And although I still teach people the Avatar Energy Mastery Institute techniques, it's basically a prerequisite to my metaphysical church, which is all about okay, you have extrasensory perception. You've remembered your spirit. Now, what are you going to do with it? And the wisest thing I've found to do with that, both in terms of self-empowerment and peace, prosperity, and love, is to serve God, to give yourself to the one creator that literally knows itself as being all of us simultaneously. So that's been the last six years of my life, full devotion to God, loving God every day through the breath, through through the practices of soul expansion, and teaching everybody both techniques. They go they go hand in hand. To really have a full relationship with God requires that you remember your spirit. Or to quote biblically, you must be born again of spirit to enter the kingdom of heaven. And unfortunately, that doesn't happen by some dude speaking some words and dunking you underwater. You have to be born again of spirit.

Yeah, yeah. It's it it's interesting because you know, irregardless of the performing arts, which to a large extent is now called religion, there's a much deeper purpose, right, that that comes with all of that. And you do, you have to surrender. You have to surrender to God, you have to surrender to Christ. And it's not anything about the performing arts that happen on Sunday mornings at all. It's all about your thought process, your daily thought process, and all of those things that that come with it. And you mentioned, interestingly enough, your heart, and I don't think people understand the role that the heart and the soul really play in in all of this, because it it's a key, it's a key point to everything. Everybody, you know, thinks what's between their ears is the is the driving point. And it's not really the driving point at all. The driving point is the heart, and and the soul that's the soul that's Part of that because all your brain is is ones and zeros. I mean, that's all it is, is ones and zeros. What puts context around everything is the heart, and people miss that. Yes.

You know the famous painting of Michelangelo, the first fan, where God is touching with the fingers of Adam. Everybody is always uh uh they they always pontificate that this is the brain and the pineal gland, and they show their have you seen that where where they say, but it's wrong. Have a look at it right now. It's it's a chamber of a human heart because you can see the arteries on the end of it. So that it's God reaching out from the heart to Adam, who is the head, and making that connection. And I found the heart is where Christ lives, inside of everyone. So deep you'd never find it with a scalpel. It's deeper than the physical reality itself. But the center of the universe is inside of all of us, and I testify that the center of the universe is Christ, which is the best part of God, because God is the great all. God holds the good and the bad, and this is why we need Christ to safely interact with God, because it guarantees that you get the best part of God.

Yeah, exactly. Exactly. So let's let's take it, let's talk about energy mastery, because I know a lot of people listen to your testimony at the beginning, and they're wondering how to how do I begin to attain that? Because I think everybody has that ability.

Given given given given the amount of commitment and focus that they can push onto that topic, have has that ability to get there. It's just that they either don't want to take the time, they don't have that level of of um, I don't know what what would be the term, commitment stick to itness. Um because it it does, it takes takes work, it takes focus, it takes effort to get to where you're at, right?

It it it does. So, first of all, I want to say energy mastery, or to be an energy master, that sounds like some top shelf, far out esoteric thing, right?

SPEAKER_02 24:12

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00 24:13

Energy mastery is nothing more and certainly nothing less than remembering your spirit. I've had over a thousand out-of-body experiences, and everybody's an energy master out of their body. Everybody can do telekinesis, levitate, fly, shapeshift, walk through walls, all these amazing things. It's no big deal. However, it is a big deal to remember your spirit from within the body because we have these nerves, these neurons that are electrically telling our consciousness that we're physical. That's very strong sensory data, whereas the spiritual data is very soft and subtle and more magnetic and waveform, not like the electricity telling us we're bones and blood and tissue and water. Well, that's a lie. That's a lie. We know from science we're many, many tiny particles orbiting each other that aren't even touching. This is energy, right? So, yeah, I call that a sensory impairment. I c I call the nervous system of the human body the tree of knowledge. And I believe that the Garden of Eden story is an allegory to describe our transition from the fifth-dimensional state to the third dimension, that this is the tree of knowledge, to eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge is to incarnate into the system of good, evil, and physicality. So, in terms of how you open this up, it is true that it used to take a lot of discipline and focus through through the esoteric societies and everything, these qi gong systems and other societies that that have set it up, but we're in an age where this needs to happen for everyone. Humanity's on a suicidal projection. Yeah. Oh, I agree.

That's yeah, that's and nothing short of everyone remembering their spirit will change that.

Right. No, I completely agree. That's why I find this conversation so compelling is people need to understand that we're right on the precipice of not going back. And if we don't and if we don't take the time to remember who we are, it's gonna be over.

SPEAKER_00 26:19

Right, absolutely. And so people think a lot of people also think that they might possibly have something better to do.

SPEAKER_02 26:27

What yeah, what? Right, you know, yeah, what what what what could be yeah, I I I would I would defy anybody to explain to me what would be more important than what we've just talked about.

SPEAKER_00 26:40

Right. And more fulfilling because you know, we call it work, but it's more play. Once you learn to see and feel all this stuff, you become like a kid in a candy store. Once you have your first out-of-body experience, and God only knows what where you're going to go. But I've been so many places, I've been all over the universe, met fantastic races of beings, seen things that that people just wouldn't believe. I've gotten to time travel, I've been back to see the dinosaur age, I've been as far forward as 3500 AD, and God is there. Like most of my out-of-bodies, I travel by the Holy Spirit. So as soon as I get out of the body, I surrender myself. I just say to God, take me where I need to go. Holy Spirit grabs me and whists me through the stars or shifts me through dimensions, plants me places, and the things I've seen, the things I've done. Like you break time barriers, time works different in spirit. You can spend three days out of your body, come back here, and only 15 minutes has passed. I've actually spent three years before in an alternate experience, come back to the next day in my life here. So it's like you get this great vacation every night, and then the next day of your life, you have all this vitality, all this zip. When you wake up to for your next day from out of your body, you're flying through the stars, the next thing you know, pop, you're back in your body. You're like, here we are. You know, you're full of vitality. So this is all a joy, it's play, it's playful. And to answer your question, that there's two different things that you can do to remember your spirit, two different primary techniques. One is meditation, the other is focus. And I'll explain the difference. In meditation, see, we we believe we're physical because of the electrical sensory data. So one way to bypass that is to ignore it. So meditation, we use theta brain waves, bineural beads, metronomes to lower our brain waves, ignore the body, ignore the body, breathe deep, lower those brain waves, and as you get down to low alpha and into theta, your nervous system starts to paralyze, and so that bombardment of physical sensory data stops, and your astral body reveals itself and like, hello, beautiful, there you are. And so this leads to visions and auto-body experiences, which is great. This is how we remember who we really are, but through the focus, we learn what God actually created the body for, which was to take the spirit to the next level. And let me explain. We we come from ether. The elemental chart is real, but they just that ether is not on the chart. Ether is the same thing as air, which is the same thing as water, just different compression levels of density. So our physical senses are hardwired to ignore ether, so we don't even sense it at all. So it's the same thing as air, but lighter, less substantial, less particles per square inch, lower vibration. So then we come in here into Earth and we get to experience air and water and solid matter, which is three densities of energy greater. And our spirit wouldn't even be able to operate here, but for the electrical system of the human body, let's our etheric energy attach to something, and then we puppeteer our bodies, but with muscle flexation. But in spirit, we have a molecular level control over our form because our mind is one with it. This brings me to focus exercises, and in this, the way out is through. So instead of ignoring the electrical data, the sensory data of the physical, we focus on it with intensity. And just to give an example, one of the lessons I teach, you place your hand on a tree, and how that tree bark feels against your hand, you close your eyes and you let it be the only thing that exists. Well, you let it be the center of the universe, the great all that is. You come out of your past and future and just feel that. And if you can encompass all of the sensory data that's happening, there's this pop, and your spirit flows out of your hand and into the tree. So, with enough focus, if you can observe all of the electrical data your brain's being bombarded with, then all of a sudden there becomes room for more. So you're observing all of that data, there's a magical pop that happens, and your spirit leapfrogs out of the nerves and into the electromagnetic energy in the air. And then all of a sudden, you you feel outside of your body the same thing that you do inside your body, like it, like it actually is a part of your body. And then your spirit finally gets what it came here for, which is air, water, solid matter. By being one with these things, our spirit obtains three greater levels of its manifestation of I amness. Everybody has the I am, but how I am are you? Okay, you're present, but how here are you? How how how luminous is your spirit? How attractive the gravity of your love? You know, these are qualities that we grow. And through a process that I call soul mapping, by being one with a tree, being one with the air, being one with the sunlight, the water, the ground, the stones, the fibers, you know, all these great things that God gave us on the earth, they all have a lesson to teach in being this. And you you gain these in spirit. As soon as your spirit flows into something and and your conscious mind is one with it, then you can replicate these infinitely in your spirit body. So because of the all the energy mastery, I I now go to realms of spirit that that are way more high-resolution beings there, more dialed in, more focused, more conscious, more aware. This is a blessing to be here. It's the school of hard knots for sure, but it's a massive upgrade for the spirit, which is important to know.

Well, exactly. And I want to repeat, and you can correct me if I'm wrong here, everybody has the ability to do this. Yes, this this is not this is not, you know, like only one person can, you know, dunk a basketball kind of thing. This is this is ev this is everybody, right?

Yep. It's so simple that that's why it's difficult. Because humans always think the most amazing things need to be difficult. And you'll see that in in a lot of these esoteric teachings, they're complicated. It's not, it's so simple a second grader can figure all of this out w with the right guidance. So it's actually just step by step. You you do the lessons, the meditations, the focus exercises, you get the results, and your candy store, your kid in a candy store, and it's just beautiful, beautiful experience.

Okay, well, I I would like to give everybody a um independent of my teachings. Of course, I'm going to recommend my teachings, but if there's one thing that everybody can do right now is theta meditation. Get on YouTube, type in theta metronome or binaural beats, see which one works best for you. I like the theta metronome, and let yourself get in train. Learn to lower your brain waves. And meditation is by far the easiest way to wake up.
