The term "60% Provider" refers to a scenario where a pre-hospital “professional,” typically highly trained and entrusted with people's lives, exerts only a fraction of their full potential. This concept is as detrimental to the provider as it is to the patients and the entire pre-hospital system. Understanding why this is not acceptable is crucial for maintaining the high standards required in emergency medical services.
